Called to asked a simple question to start off and was hung up on after he said one word. The company should start listening in on calls.Why would I even want to stop by and go inside to purchase a product to only get the same or worse experience.

Showed part in stock online but they couldn't find the part after driving to the store. Every shopping experience at AutoZone turns into a case of buyers remorse for giving them another chance to get their sh!t together. Wrong parts (part in box different than box's label, sales rep pulls wrong part for vehicle options, computer listed parts reverse vehicle model options), common parts (brake lines/ fittings, exhaust adapters/clamps, light bulbs, etc.) out-of-stock, poor service (time, attitude, lack of knowledge), have had parts often wear out or fail well before expected lifetime (ball joint 6 months, caliper 1 year, exhaust pipes, adapters/clamps, mufflers, and cat conv rusted through 2 years. Every repair that involved Autozone turned into a circus of nightmares. I have a store right around the corner and what starts as a shopping trip of convenience ends with a huge waste of my time. Without fail, every time I get parts from Autozone I'm guaranteed aggravation, several trips to store, and ultimately a huge waste of my time, and extra work. Never happens when sourcing parts from other major auto parts stores

Just had an outstanding customer service experience with James and Myles!!! I was thoroughly educated on the importance of returning my brakes and rotors. Never had it been explained to me that I have a warranty and that I could possibly get money back or my items at no additional cost.
Huge kudos to these two for helping me out!

Miles Cameron assisted my light replacement needs, (tried to bribe him with a coffee) lol but he helped me, had a lil trouble with extraction but sent me on my way safe & sound. Couldn't be more pleased. Bailey auto zone is a 1st stop.

I came into Auto Zone today , for assistance with my Mercedes-Benz vehicle . I was greeted with a smile and taken very well care of and great customer service by the general manager KEN . Very helpful with all my questions & concerns . I was saddened to hear that it’s a possibility that he might be leaving the area soon . I told him there needs to be more people like himself and I wish he would stay .. this area definitely needs more people like himself . Best wishes KEN , you’ll do very well .. Kudos to you !!!
