The friendliest most professional glass shop in WNY. The office assistant was fantastic. The technician was informative, professional, and did a fantastic job with our windshield. He listened to my concerns about replacement ( had the glass replaced at safelite and there was condensation afterward) he found the issue and pointed out other issues and resolved them immediately. Job was done properly and promptly and No more condensation! Will absolutely use them again the future.

Ended up with a chip in my windshield. After looking at reviews I decided to give this place a try and booked an appointment. After the initial call I setup an appointment a few days out for the repair. I then received three more phone calls and a txt to confirm and then one random call from an unknown number to ask about my location for install. It was a tech with no clue that I was coming in for the appointment. At booking I never gave my addresses ?♂️ so red flag number one.
I then got a call an hour later after the random call and two hours before my appointment that they couldn't find their one glass repair kit and wanted to reschedule the following week. A whole glass shop and only 1 repair kit and knowing for a few days they had a repair on the schedule - red flag number two.
I called around to other smaller/local shops and both asked for a pic of the damage before even quoting - something Auto Glass Now did not ask for nor the location of the chip. Both the other shops said it's not repairable in NYS due to location in the driver's field of view so red flag number three.
Don't waste your time with this place. It's crystal clear that the chain has not trained the staff on booking appointments, asking the correct questions, and having stock items. If I would have gone for my appointment I'm sure they would have turned me away and wasted my time.
BTW their online full windshield replacement quote, something I have to do now, was more than the other two places I called.

These people are great,timely service,very friendly,clean facility,you can't make everyone happy ,i see s review crying about not original equipment speak to your insurance co.they decide how much they allow not installers decision, anyway auto glass now.gets my vote.

"My experience with Auto Glass Now was incredibly disappointing. They did a shoddy job replacing my 2022 Toyota Corolla's windshield. The new glass was installed crookedly, also the top molding. Moreover, VIN on the lower corner was not visible and mess they left on floor mats unacceptable. When I raised these issues, they were dismissive and unhelpful, offering no solutions or apologies. Their lack of professionalism and poor workmanship are unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this shop if you care about quality and customer service. I regret choosing them and now face the hassle of finding a competent shop to redo the work properly."

I got to my appointment and was immediately greeted and asked if I was going to be staying while my car was being worked on. They offered me coffee, snacks and water and were constantly updating me with my car. They were done within an hour, we had some issues with my cars calibration and it was resolved very quickly with no issues. They made sure I was satisfied before I left. They made sure to answer any questions or concerns I had with my vehicle. Very nice staff, definitely will come back here if I ever have any issues with my glass!

GREAT SERVICE! Very friendly employees ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ! I took my car to them although they have a service to where your car is. I preferred to take it in. I was in and out in a half hour!
