They scratched my bumper causing the paint to chip and they are stating it wasn’t them but I have picture proof of my bumper before it was taken into the shop that same day. Don’t come here they are scammers.

The onus is on the consumer to ensure they got the repairs they deserved. The mud flap was not replaced as they concluded the car didn't have it (despite the fact that it has 3 OEM mud flaps)... Didn't bother to ask. Inside was not clean. They have a line item on Rustaway application, will have to find out whether it is just a filler or they actually did it!
