Billy and Paul are great! Super great customer service. I dropped a chain off that was very important to me they got it back to me the same day at a fair price! All repaired can’t even tell it broke and cleaned my pendants and made them both nice and shiny!! I will be back!

I had to get a battery replaced on a watch as a gift for someone a few months ago & there was a nice young man there that helped me right away, replaced the battery for close to nothing & sent me on my way. I loved that place just from my lovely interaction with regards to the watch. I recently had to go back to sell an old wedding ring from my grandmother & Paul was so pleasant. He tried very hard to get me to keep it & make something special from it instead of sell it. But I already had another ring from her that I had plans for so I was not attached to the one I was trying to sell. He ended up accepting that I wanted to sell it & gave me a good amount for it. I think it just says a lot about the quality & character of these nice jewelers that they were not so quick to try to make money off of me, but were more concerned about it being special to me. I plan to go back to have them help design my future engagement ring & I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone!

Paul Michaels helped me find the perfect engagement ring for my soon to be fiancé. I chose a ring that was built in house by Aurum Jewelers, and it is absolutely stunning. I recently had a positive experience with Aurum Jewelers and wanted to share my thoughts. I needed a minor repair on my gold chain, and from start to finish, the staff was exceptional. They were not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the repair process and answer any questions I had. The price was fair, especially considering the high quality of the work, and the repair was completed quickly. I was impressed with the attention to detail and craftsmanship of the repair. Overall, I highly recommend Aurum Jewelers to anyone in Western New York in need of new jewelry or a jewelry repair. Their excellent service and expertise make them stand out in the industry.

Paul and his staff were enormously helpful in creating the perfect necklace that will be enjoyed for many years. I reached out to Aurum to get a custom engraving done on a gold pendant. The initial reply from Billy was so quick and answered all my questions. Fast forward a week and my piece was done with a very fair price. Great work and communication. I will be giving them my business again in the future.
