Try to ask for a young man named Nick...just terrific. My iPhone Pro Max 11 slipped out of my pocket and was submerged for seconds. I dried it out as carefully as I could. Everything worked fine except for the phone speaker/earpiece...I was forced to use Speaker Phone all the time. I was told by previous Apple customer reps that there was nothing you could do, just buy a new $1200 Pro Max. I related my problem to Nick....he said "let me see what I can do for you." He returned from the back in minutes...the phone now worked PERFECTLY. Nick had carefully cleaned out residue in the small speaker for the phone with a variety of small instruments...a brush, pic, etc. Job well done...terrific customer service Apple..promote guys like Nick who care!

An absolutely terrible experience. I went in with a new pair of airpods, less than 60 days old. After talking to apple support and troubleshooting with them, they sent me to this store. They refused to tell me if the could had new airpods in stock, and weren't taking appointments online. I drove far out of my way to go to this apple store and was treated like I was an idiot who doesn't understand technology. Condescending customer service, and they didn't even fix the problem! They replaced the headphones, not the case, and assured me that they had tested everything, and itwould work fine after charging for 30 mins. After diving home and charging the new headphones, they still didn't work! This required another hour on the phone with Apple care, another half hour drive out to this store, and unfortunately dealing with the same condescending employee who didn't fix the issue in the first place. She gave some lame excuse story about how they cannot replace the headphones and case at once, that they can only replace individual parts. In total I drove over 2 hours and spent at least double that on the phone to get my headphones properly fixed. She could have done this the first time in about 10 minutes and saved me an entire day worth of hassle. I am canceling my company's corporate account with apple because of this experience. Neither myself, nor any of my employees will be using Apple products in the future due to the absolute reprehensible customer service and lack of ability to efficiently solve problems and provide answers for loyal customers.

When I reached at the store i told the employee that i just wanted to know if they have iPhone 15pro max in stock, i was informed that i have to wait in the line by the door and then one of the employee will come and let me know if the phone in question is on hand, 25-30 minutes later i was privilege enough to go inside and informed by the employee that phone is not in stock. I understand that employees don’t care for customers whatsoever but at some point common sense needs to be prevailed and this attitude towards customers needs to be fixed but of course apple is a Big company, they don’t really care for someone’s disappointment regarding their employees. Shame on them????

Called to verify the replacement warranty iPad was in stock. Woman on the phone checked and said yes. Set an appt for me 2 hours out and said they will set it aside. drove 40 mins there right away. “Someone else must have gotten that one” and the person on the phone has zero ways to verify or reserve inventory. Place is so dis-organized all they care about is new sales. Horrible customer service

I brought in my laptop for help with OS installation. Long story short, when I came back after (as directed) taking a walk for about an hour, said laptop was open on the public table with cretins and their BEVERAGES hanging around my keyboard. I gathered it up and left. Throughout, the Apple rep who was helping me kept obnoxiously exclaiming about how "people drive for hours to come see me." I related this experience a week later to an Apple rep in NYC who was shocked. He said it is against Apple policy for a rep to say anything like what I was told to do, i.e., leave the laptop out in the open like that. (Wound up buying a new laptop from that rep as he was honest and intelligent.) As it's the only Apple Store in the WNY area, I guess a lot of people are stuck with it and that is too bad.

My experience today was awesome! I walked in with my beloved Apple Pencil that had unfortunately gotten a broken tip stuck inside. They had me in and out with the pencil working like new in less than 20 minutes! I wasn’t charged for the repair, just for new pencil tips at $20. I walked in expecting to have to purchase a new pencil. Thank you!

Apple is awful! They refused to help fix my phone without charging me $400 Anna the manager was sarcastic and told me there were many options and then pretty much told me to screw off when I told her the options were not good.

I had a Genius Bar appointment at 5:10 for my phone my rep was Nico he was very friendly & personable. He also was juggling a minimum of 2 customers at a time & was still attentive. At one one it was 6 of us at his table he kept calm, smiled & helped us all. I ended up needing a new phone which i wasn’t even upset about since he explained everything so good. He definitely deserves a bonus even as i was leaving he took on 2 more customers

Was greeted promptly by the team members in the front and explained I needed a screen replacement on an iPhone 13 Pro Max. Once I told them that I was moved to the back area to wait for a repair "specialist" that would help me with getting it fixed. Next thing I know he is saying I need a full phone replacement instead of a screen replacement because they don't want to do a screen replacement. Overall felt targeted by one of the team members constantly watching over me while I was working with another person. Whenever I mentioned the fact that the screen only needed to be fixed the guy Anthony would just walk over and say how he can't do that. Even though common sense would say it only needs a screen. Most ridiculous employee I have ever dealt with and will not return to this place as long as he works here. Not a good experience today

I don't have Apple, but my husband does.He broke the back of his phone, and they were able to set up an appointment and fixed it in a few hours.Good customer service.

I was very disappointed in the tech when I picked up my phone from repair. He brought out my phone from the back , took the loaner phone from me and did a few things on his pad then said you should be all set. They gave me a new phone so all my information was gone. I had to get a supervisor who tried to recover my data. (They wiped out the loaner phone as soon as they got it.) Then the tech that I had the week before when I dropped the phone off came over,(Wade) he was great, he tried but then another supervisor came over ,(Arn) who after we figured out what email they used to put all the data in the cloud ended up getting all of my data back. I would give 5 stars for Wade and Arn but the tech that I was given when I walked in was not good.

The customer service so was horrible that it made me cry.I had a Genius Bar appointment scheduled for today. I’ve only had 1 other Genius Bar appointment before this, and it was a long time ago, so I wasn’t familiar with the process. I made my appointment online, I got to the store 20 minutes early and planned to wait for my appointment time before going in but decided to go in and see if anyone was available and could help me sooner, but was fully preparing to wait either way.I walked in, every worker appeared busy. So instead of bothering a worker when I knew I was early, I decided to walk over to the laptops because there is a chance I will just have to replace mine so I wanted to see the new models while I was waiting. As I was heading in the direction of the laptops, I heard someone say “um can I help you?”, I looked around and didn’t see anyone talking to me- all the workers in the area were with people already, so assumed no one was taking to me and kept walking towards the laptops. As I began walking away, I heard “I don’t know where you think you’re going to” - with a very rude attitude and tone. Looked around again and saw a worker waving me over to a table where they already were working with 3 or 4 customers right beside them. I didn’t realize this was the person who first spoke to me since they were already surrounded by other customers. I walked over to the worker (and customers with him). I explained that I had an appointment scheduled for today but I was 20 minutes early, so I didn’t know if someone was available to help me yet but will wait. The employee said they “couldn’t hear me” (again with a very rude attitude and tone) - I repeated myself. He said “yeah, no one is available so you have to come back at your actual appointment time”. At that point I wanted to look at the new models of laptops since, again, there was a chance I’ll just have to replace mine but felt so uncomfortable by the exchange that I said I would just come back at my appointment time and left.It wasn’t what the employee said to me that affected me so much but how he spoke to me. Very rude. Very short. Very demeaning. Especially being in front of other customers. Couldn’t even be bothered to come up to me to talk, just started randomly talking at me from across the store while behind me. Then seemed upset when I didn’t realize he was speaking at me.The whole experience had me very confusing. I went in with a good mood, immediately to be greeted with this very impolite & mean attitude out of nowhere— I didn’t even approach the worker! He spoke to me first and started with all the rudeness. I wish he hadn’t approached me at all. I would have much rather been left alone to look at the display laptops while waiting, and then find someone at my appointment time on my own — instead of being “offered help” in an extremely rude way.I was going to come back at my appointment time but decided not to because of how uncomfortable I felt and for fear of having to work with that same employee again. I left and ended up crying in my car before deciding to just leave.I will be taking my laptop to Mac Solutions Plus on Transit. I’ve gone there before (actually this Apple Store location recommended this to me 6 years ago before when they couldn’t figure out the problem with my hard drive on a previous laptop) and loved their service, I actually left a great review. Maybe I should have known better and just gone there from the start instead.

Scam for repairs. My screen was broke no other damage and phone worked fine. When I went to pick it up they said there was unseen damage and they I needed to pay $600 for a new phone. Not worth it for them to touch any of your out of warranty items. They had my phone all day zero communication about being “unfixable”
