We recently made a second purchase of outdoor furniture from this retailer. They not only offer high quality outdoor furniture but also stand behind their products. We had trouble with one of the swivel rocking chairs and they picked it up and are replacing the chair as well as the matching chair which is performing well. You can't get better than that. We will be back in the spring to fill out our new patio. Thank you!

Amish built shelter,built on site was not completed as pictured. Complete front and back trim boards missing, they did not have enough wood to finish job, our mistake was to pay cash as they requested. We ended up purchasing the wood and finishing it ourselves!

I highly recommend Amish Villa for their high-quality products. I have purchased two sheds for personal use and all of the tables for my restaurant. I was able to purchase very sturdy well-made custom designed Amish made tables custom designed for the restaurant.

Highly recommend Amish Villa. Purchased a large Amish made table and chairs for the deck. The table and chairs fit and fish are very good and the owners are very friendly. You won't be disappointed.

Just awful. Worked with Manager and they lost our special order. Six weeks and no call back. When we asked to speak with owner we were told no. Worst experience ever! Go elsewhere and do yourself a favor!

Bought a glider for my front porch and it was well made. However, delivery was $125 so I had to rent my own trailer for $20 to pick it up instead to save cost. I know that other furniture stores deliver items for less - like $89. I also was interested in their sheds but they never got back to me even after several phone calls over a couple of months. I guess they are understaffed and not able to take on more business.

Don’t waste your time. We put down a deposit on a swingset that we were told they had an extra of at their warehouse and we could have it delivered in 1-2 at most. We put down just over 2/3 and now they said they don’t have a warehouse and would be probably another two weeks. Supposedly it was the owner that told us this when we bought it and now he’s saying he never told us that. The woman also said they sold the same set we bought to two others and he feels obligated to get them theirs because they paid in full. We were told at the time we could give the balance when it was delivered with no problems. Sick, we have a 5 yr old girl waiting for a swingset and this is the second business to screw us over.I WILL NOT EVER BE BACK FOR ANY PRODUCTS and will be sure to let my family and friends know that you lie to get a deposit!

I am very happy to see any local business doing well. I called to inquire about rocking chairs. Two in stock with the color I wanted! $400 per chair. I called back to ask if they would send a picture of the exact chairs. More than we wanted to spend but no question it's a superior product compared to big box stores. Simply wanted to send a photo to my wife to get the okay to make they buy! I was informed they were "too busy" to send a photo and was rushed off the phone. Excited to disappointed. I couldn't get to the store so I was hoping for a little help to get the deal done. I'll find another local vendor.
