I'm sorry but no one seemed to be properly trained. Seemed like I was there for an eternity. Staff was OK but not that friendly because they were preoccupied the whole time trying to figure things out. Was not a good first impression. Hope my glasses are OK when I pick them up.

I love my new glasses, the prices were affordable enough to upgrade to the highest transitional polarized lenses, so no more worrying about driving with the glaring sun in my eyes. Tatiana at the Delaware location was also very informative, and just plain great at what she does. I could tell that she really enjoys her job!
