We landed in Buffalo to take a trip to Canada and Eli our Representative at Alamo was very helpful with our rental. We were very happy with the service. Thanks Eli!

On March 2nd we picked up a rental car at the Alamo desk across from the airport. This was paid for in full and cleared the bank on the 5th. This morning at 10:30 my mother gets a bank notice that she had a $61.18 pending charge for a car rental. After us being unable to get anyone on the phone, we had to cancel the credit card. This fraudulent charge is very upsetting and we will never use Alamo again.

Needed a vehicle in a pinch due to my car going into the shop. Booked online with Alamo to pick up the vehicle and had to change to a later time in the day. Spoke to a customer service agent on the phone who said it wasn't a problem. I came at the changed confirmed time, to be told they didn't have any vehicles available for me to take. Online showed them available and the rep on the phone didn't say anything either so now I'm really scrambling because of the inefficiency of this rental company.

I would like to take the time out to commend Eli and Alex at the Buffalo airport Alamo. They took what could've been a painful situation and turned it into a situation where I am grateful beyond words. Listening and having a little empathy is a lost art, but I am grateful God allowed me to cross paths with them last night. Their help was immeasurable. To the management at Alamo, when you have a rare gems such as those 2, I hope they are recognized for going above and beyond.

Terrible service. 3rd party App allowed me to book online, but once I arrived, the agent then told me that same day booking there wasn't ACCEPTABLE. All of this was happening doing a snow blizzard. So my family and I were stuck. We then asked for a manager, and we were told Chris D was gone for the day. REALLY! He had just left as we were walking up. After talking to corporate for 48 minutes, we were finally granted a car that smelled like cigar smoke and wasn't clean. NEVER AGAIN!!! There is too much to type, but that is the basics without further details

Have an upcoming rental at Buffalo Airport.It has been 3 days since I have been trying to talk to someone at that location.No one is picking up a phone. Have tried close to 50 times now, countless hours wasted on being on hold.Horrible service. It is impossible to speak to the branch.Should I drive there or what?So disappointing...

Contact with this company is very limited, they barely respond to my emails. I lost my item there and i can see that’s still there in their office through apple’s find my app, they refuse to ship it back to me, claiming they don’t have it, even though i payed for the shipping and have the exact location of my belnging. Since my package didn’t arrive, i asked for refund and was promised to get my money back, but to this day i still haven’t received shipping costs. Note it was almost two months ago.I am dissatisfied with such unprofessional behaviour from this company.

Very smooth and quick on both the pick up and return of the vehicle. The wife cover on vehicles at pick up was also nice.

We had wonderful experience with Alamo and especially Nick who helped us with our rental car pick-up and drop-off at Buffalo Airport. We had used about 2 gallons of gas and were unable to fill-up tank back as were already late for catching our flight. We requested Nick to charge us for that but he waived it off gladly. Would recommend this place !!

I had to fly into Buffalo at the last minute, because my brother was in an accident and in the Trauma ICU. I originally rented a car for a week because I had no idea what to expect. I ended up being in Buffalo for three weeks. I cannot express how wonderful I was treated by the staff at Alamo, in particular, the manager, Gabriel. He gave me his cellphone number and provided me the ability to keep extending my rental, not only with ease, but at a very affordable rate. I will always remember his professionalism and his kindness.
