I had a great experience working with Isaias Pagan. We navigated through issues like my first choice of wood being out of stock, scheduling delivery to my home, and replacing irregular product. I did a ton of research and I couldn't find better prices anywhere. The quality was higher than I expected as well. I recommend Advantage and Isais for your next decking project.

This review is long overdue, I've been a customer at advantage lumber for probably 8 plus years. I've purchased thousands of board ft of lumber, from domestic to exotic and I've installed several decks using there ipe, cumaru and tigerwood always great products. When it comes to the decking I really do love it overall but... If you're a first time diy'er it might be a tough go. This stuff is so hard it snaps stainless screws like toothpicks even in pre drilled holes when over torqued. Building railings is not easy either due to its insane density and strength. However if you know what your doing or have a contractor who does this stuff will last! I've had people as soon as they step on my porch say woah, this things solid! If you have southern exposure to direct light expect to oil yearly if you want that beautiful new look. Personally I think it's worth it, I also advise sanding with a 180-220gritt after the first year from grain rise but after that you will have butter smooth railings and deck. I want to give a special thanks to neal, ( my go to guy ) he always helps get what I needed from supply to millwork he gets s**t done for me. Really the whole staff is great a thanks to big dan,Isaiah's,javi... These guys have literally moved massive pallets for me on the spot so I can leave with what I need that day rather than waiting days for them to dig it out for me. Super helpful friendly staff 10 star review from me.
