Dear proprietors,I recently visited your shop after work on 07/26/23 around 3:15 PM and was greeted by a surly man in his 20's with a scruffy face, a hoodie, and a beanie (Mind you it’s 89° outside) So nice of him to come to work and his most comfy pajamas, how very business professional... I walked around the shop and I was going to purchase a few toys as I often do. I have been a loyal customer of this location for many years, it really is the only location in the Northtowns to purchase adult toys and products.  I asked about the rush products referring to them as "poppers"  as has been the popular lingo in the LGBT community since the 1980s. Imagine my shock and surprise when I was prompted by the clerk who told me because I referred to them that way I would no longer be able to purchase them and I had to leave the shop IMMEDIATELY! As if I was some trash for daring to call them by that name. The sad thing is that I have met the owners son many times, and he has never treated me disrespectfully. In fact he is kind, helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products on hand. I have never in all my years been so discriminated against as in LGBT person. and I’m not the type of person to pull out the LGBT card on a regular basis, but I have also never been discriminated against like that before.SHAMEFUL!I will never visit the store again unless the owners decide to let this employee go.

It was my first time at this store. I was not looking for something specific. Everything was old, expensive and low quality. So I decided to do a charity buy to support my local store. The cashier swiped my card and a receipt came out. Then the guy’s attitude shifted and he started interrogating my.Why do you have two phones? are you trying to take pictures of my store?I was shocked by his question, and I told him no I wasn’t trying to take photos of your store. These are my personal and work phone.I was afraid for my security and I left quickly.He had a receipt in his hand and he was giving nasty attitude and hints.I think if I stayed longer he might try to open my phone by force.Everything there is cheap quality, high price and on the internet.Never ever again.I will shop online from now on.

The store must've been recently remodeled, it looks great inside and they have a nice selection of toys.

I wonder they closed permanently. I went there 5 times. Door is locked. They don’t want business I guess.
