Went to make me a French vanilla cappuccino and it was all watered down. The employee apologized saying he did not know how to fix it (WTH— isn’t that one of the 1st things they train you in) then he offered to “give it to me for free if it ain’t right” (his words not mine) like if it’s watered down and nasty why would I want it.

Every time my girlfriend and I go to this 7/11 I’m not understanding why the store has 3 air Rex, that are literally in the way of everything, ice machine on the right hand side never works for the fountain, and today @ 1:52pm I’m not sure if the employee is new but has no clue on how to refill fountain drinks, let’s get this location cleaned up

Worst place ever. So rude. Terrible. Avoid always. Rude people. Horrible. They haven't updated their hours. They are NOT 24 HOURS!! THEY CLOSE AT 11:45 which is ridiculous

I have frequented this place for years but today the cashier did something I consider very wrong. I was going to partake in the 2 slices of pizza and any size fountain drink for $3.00. I got all this and one other item and went to pay. The cashier told me the rewards thing wasn't working so the price would be $6.55 whereas otherwise it would be less than $5.00. She insisted on the price shown even after I suggested she do a manual discount. At that point I started getting upset and so she said she wasn't going to do anything because of my attitude. So I walked out. This store hasn't missed out on one sale but potentially hundreds of dollars because I am not going back there as long as I remember how I was treated. I am not necessarily saying you should boycott the place but at least be wary of them overcharging you especially when you should be getting a discount.

I drove there early in the morning to get something. Upon arrival, one of the employees rushed to the door with a yellow sign that read "temporarily closed" and literally closed the door on my face. I was the only person. All i wanted was to buy a drink. Horrible treatment and customer service!!! Unbelievable!!! You don't close the door on someone's face especially if they are the only customer there and it's not busy at all!!!

This 711 location has some of the most rude and unprofessional employees I have ever encountered. You could go a couple miles in any direction from there and find a 711 location with much more customer friendly employees. I'm not sure who has dropped the ball for this location, i.e., location owner/manager, area manager, or franchise as a whole, but someone is letting too much slide by with levels of professionalism and customer courtesy for this location.

Extremely unreliable! Can't tell you how many times a sign been on the door say be back in 5 min. Also atm is usually out of service.

Bait and switch pricing. The sticker said cat food was four dollars (rounded up) and then I was charged 10 dollars (rounded up) at cash. Was told its "corporate policy". Fun fact guys, that's actually illegal.
