Clean nice store but there was this one female in the store who had different color hair she was not of color she was talking about the other staff Wich was none of my Bussiness but she felt the need to but what truly took the cake is when she said you people I was shocked that she would even have the nerve to speak like that I would not come back to that store until she is removed I didn’t think racism still was around in the city of buffalo I know her name tag had a L on it I think it was Lonnie or Lisa I really couldn’t see but her mouth is crazy and I don’t respect people that can have the nerve to chat about a co worker not cool in my book I’ve been in there before when other staff was around and they were cool down to earth and pleasant to have a conversation with

the assistant manager with the red hair and fake contacts is a psycho. cursed me out and refused to let me pay, caught an attitude for no reason. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and that’s the worst customer service experience I’ve had in my life. not the first bad experience with her either, everyone has something bad to say. Shoutout to Malcolm, kayla and brandon they’re the best and kindest employees they deserve a raise for putting up with that evil woman.

PLEASE READ ME... I JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU MALCOLM AND KAYLA ..... there still hope for us customers these two workers were absolutely amazing and blessing....So I contacted the store on January 17th of 2023 at 11 at night I contacted them because every time I contact doordash to put my order in they always messed my order out there were two employees by the name of Malcolm and Kayla they went above and beyond very respectful over-the-phone spoke with utmost respect accommodating me as well... I was in complete disbelief I couldn't believe there is actually really good cashiers in-store assistance still out here that care about their customers still..... And I must say that 7-Eleven is very lucky to have them as their employees and I just want to tell both of them thank you again.....

Me at 7-11: Hooray, I found the Golden Donut it's free with the app! But the donut was still FULL priced at the register! I showed the worker my app and he said "Let me get my manager"7-11 Manager yells: "We just got this donut and I don't know how it works on the app. But it's free, Idc take it!! Just take the donut!!"Me: Calmly "Why are you giving me an attitude? Can I have the receipt?"The manager hands me the receipt and continues to yell: "It's just a donut, it's just a donut, it's just a donut".Then why are you mad, sisif it's just a donut??? I called 7-11 corporate office to make a complaint in the parking lot. Working with Dementia residents for four and a half years has prepared me for this moment bc it was like dealing with one of my residents, somebody needs a nap.

Manager got mad at my mom bc she didn't know how to do her Job. She admitted that she didn't. Lmao. She was mad that she had to do something. Sis you need to restock the drink machines. Last I CHECKED MNT DEW WAS GREEN not white. Anyway idk who she thought she was getting loud with but she needs a reality check.

There was an employee who let three people in the store without masks, just in the ten minute period I was there (even though there's a sign saying "mask required".).This action left numerous people vulnerable to the chance of infection from Covid-19.

This store has taken a serious nose-dive in recent months. The store is filthy and smelly. Shelves are often only partially stocked. What's worse is that the employees are slow and rude. Unless you're desperate I would advise you to go anywhere but here.
