almost never open. always getting doordash. overnight clerk is extremely rude. employees won't help unless you go from 12-10 pm. amazing store during the afternoon; terrible at night!!!!!

I like this place and the people. It's just that the hours are not accurate or consistent. Went there today a little after 4pm and they had a sign on the door that says they are closed. It looks like this might be pretty standard according to other reviews.***update, this 7-Eleven is definitely closed, at least on a temporary basis. The blinds are now down and there are signs taped to the window that say it's closed.

Lady behind the counter was eating a nasty sub, picking her teeth with her pinky finger nail, talking with food in her mouth! Nasty as hell !

Only 7-11 I know of that is consistently closed, at least one day on a weekend, new management/ owners are no bueno.....I've lived 3 mins. Away for over 15 years. In the past 3-4 months, almost every weekend, the place is shut down after 10.......treat ur workers better, I've never seen a different 7-11 not in operation. The prices as well, idk, if it's because the zoo is right there, or the events that often happen at Delaware Park, but they are way higher then any other 7-11, also the only 7-11 I know that still charges 5 cents a bag ctfu, most expensive 7-11 but ur still charging for the bag, your establishment is garbage, and I will not be coming back, your workers do a good job, it's the management or owners ruining it, I'll be driving to the next closest location, either main st. or Delaware Ave, sucks I can't go to my local one, but it's the owners fault

My fave all star cust service girl is Linda!!!!!! She's friendly ..funny.. And smart as a whip and very helpful!!!!! My name is Aimee .she knows who I am. Need more people like her.

The manager linda N is the best! She is always so nice and sweet and the store is always so clean when she is working. She always goes out of her way to say hello and help. She’s great!

I’ve been reading about some of the negative experiences here, and though I have had one or two myself (in the distant past), I can tell you the folks here are not all bad.I typically visit the store during the daytime when Linda is working/on duty. I can attest from experience and observation that she is always friendly and courteous to her customers. She’s attentive and professional, and she definitely treats people the way she wants to be treated. I think the store has undergone some personnel changes for the better. I appreciate this upward trajectory.

Female cashier was so busy talking about how bitter her baby dad is to the male employees that she didn't ring me out. I drank my slurpee and just left. Yes they saw me there but didn't care and I didn't care to wait any longer and listen to that drama.

My sister went in to this store to get a wrap. The two "employees", if you can even call them that, were aggressive from the absolute moment she stepped in the door. Yelling about how they're closed and they're moping. Clearly they're not because there was no wet floor sign...(thankfully she didnt fall.) They were standing at the counter chatting it up and were irritated because of my sister, a customer. Yes, they absolutely got into a VERBAL altercation. Does that give the right for YOUR EMPLOYEES, not one but two to physically assault my sister? This employee LEAPED over the counter to hit her. YOUR CUSTOMER. I am disgusted. Lucky for us though she has no self respect, they did it all on video. Then your other employee clocked her in the other side of her head.. also on video. Clearly you don't uphold the standards of what a franchise store should be. Rest assured, this will not go unresolved. Your employee's go through training when they are hired. They have to pass tests and agree that if they break the law in your store, they are incriminating not only themselves, but the store itself. As the owner, you should be ashamed of yourself. Godspeed.
