I am well aware that 7-Eleven is not a fine dining experience by any means, but the trash customer service that I just received was absolutely appalling. The person would not even make eye contact during the entire transaction and was incredibly rude.

DO NOT SUPPORT this business until they clean up the endless amounts of TRASH all-over their property. An embarrassment to the neighborhood.

if i could give 0 stars i would the worker kept trying to hide from the camera so i took a picture if his vehicle. i went to this location on February 10th 2023 at 2:00am i went to get some snacks & drinks including a box of ice cream i grabbed a box of ice cream out of the freezer & went up to pay after i paid i noticed the box was opened & there was melted sticky ice cream all over the inside of the box i asked if i could grab a mew box he said yes but when i went to get a new box they were all stuck to the bottom of the freezer bc there is melted ice cream and dirt all over the freezer so when i grabbed the other box they had left i had to literally rip it from the bottom of the freezer he started screaming at the top of his lungs at me that i opened the box of ice cream when i didn't he approached me very angry and got in my face and put his finger so close to my face he almost touched my nose while screaming at me while i explained the freezer was fifthy & i couldn't get the box off the bottomof the freezer he stopped but the new box of ice cream also was all melted and had sticky shit all over the box, i said i didn't want it bc the ice cream clearly wasn't put away right away after being delivered to them by a truck & i didn't want melted /refrozen ice cream i had already paid i said im sorry but i dont want the ice cream could i have a refund he said "nope u aint getting a refund get a different kind" but i didn't like any other kinds and i tried explaining that to him & he said "well i cant help u ur not getting your money back" so i had to leave the store without ice cream i paid for & without ice cream hes a nasty nasty person i cannot even call the store bc their number is out of order will ne calling corporate & going in to talk to a manager

Girl at 7/11 was yelling at a man asking for money outside on her break. I told the girl inside. I hope she doesn't work here.She didn't respond. The dude held the door open for me, asked for some change, and said thank you.He had a mental breakdown afterward.I asked her on the way out if she worked there. She said yes. A good min later she asked why. I said I'm not going to tell you how to do your job, but I don't like that you yelled at him. Then left it at that.You don't have to scream at people who obviously need help. You need to be compassionate and realize their people.She had him in fits.Guess what. I ran into her later in another shop, and she said I needed to stop following her.I said you need to stop screaming at people.Mind you this was AFTER hours later... in another store completely. If this is how your employees treat everyone they meet. She needs to retrained or fired.

Ben calling for 2 days to see if they do money transfer before I waste a Uber going up there and they don’t answer the phone at All and when I did go up there very playful kids working barely any respect also tried to make a pass at me

A lot of people don't seem to understand the pressure that the employees at this door under with the three people I was just there at 1:08 a.m. On June 30th through the 24th front of the store party and hanging out figure for the people hiding behind the dumpster smoking crack and on the corner and if you don't have to deal with all that my only gripe is that two or three dollars does not mean the dollar 50 a piece it doesn't mean the dollar 75 its regular price and they don't tell you to register unlike tops or another Market that's a total rip-off I got the wrong product once bag Saturday to clear it out the second time the staff was nice enough to clear the second product out because I didn't understand you to be so much more than ever ties one of the guys at the store pulled $2 out of the stock and put it down and say Jeffrey do you owe me a dollar. I know they would not have done that for just anybody because it's bad for business but they know who's our good customers are in the street people are these people go through a lot and they should be lauded for the fact it's kind of decent to people

Store is disgusting. Dirty floors and coffee counter always. NEVER do they have fresh coffee enless you make it yourself. They have black and house flies in the donut cabinet.

I'm not sure if management reads the reviews on here but if so, the guy working the cash register yesterday evening, August 10th - I think his name was Michael? - has to have been the friendliest 7-Eleven clerk I've ever met. Also, my wife thanks you for still carrying the 7-Select brand caramel butter pecan ice cream, which you never find anymore at the other locations.

Was harassed by a non mask wearing disheveled employee (Nate) who stood less then 6ft away as I tried to conduct business making a purchase. He assumed that because I was a person of color that the associate behind the counter was in distress. As I tried to take my wallet out of my pocket, Nate proceeded to hover staring at my wallet arguing with me as I told him to back off.I have filed a report with corporate, although I'm doubtful anything will be done. STOP harassing customers Nate... and take a Bath! Who comes to work looking like that???
