Grow up. The tow truck literally had your exact logo on it. Nice try. And your tow truck driver left the windows of my vehicle down and unlocked at the shop it was towed to. Y'all are trash.

I had called these guys for a tow after my car caught a flat. The dude on the phone told me his driver would get to me in about 30mins and I waited OVER AN hour before he showed. He strapped my car on very aggressively and drove it around the corner to a nearby shop that was less than 5minutes from where I caught a flat. My total was $117 and some change. I handed the driver $120 in cash and told him to keep the change he said okay handed me my keys and we went our separate ways. NEXT DAY at almost 10pm I received a call from 5 star with the dude claiming I didn't pay him when that wasn't the case I handed him cash in hand so I'm guessing someone within the company had pocketed the money I paid which doesn't affect me at all but the fact that he called my phone the next day asking for more money is insane !! He was super unprofessional cursing over the phone and just doing the most honestly please call another company rather than these guys you'll get better service and won't have to worry about your money being stolen. I hope no one falls for this and pays more than what they have !!!

Like a lot of people in the Southtowns, I had far too much snow (November 2022 storm) for a small snowblower to handle, so I needed professional help.I called and left a voicemail around 9am.Got a callback an hour or so later from the office.Within 6 hours, they had someone down to check out the situation. My driveway was so blocked that a normal plow truck couldn't handle the job.Thankfully, they also have heavier equipment for this and they dispatched a truck with a Bobcat loader within 2 hours.After being plowed in for 6 days, they had me cleared out in less than 25 minutes.The operator (Dean) was a pro with his equipment and did his best to work around landscape features to minimize the risk of damaging any trees or shrubs.The customer service was excellent. They showed up on time, did their thing and left me with very little to clean up by hand.All in all, a really quality job - especially since I was a first time customer calling them during a major snow event.They weren't the cheapest option, but I still think that the value for price was reasonable under the circumstances.5 star review for being courteous, prompt and professional under some very difficult conditions.I would definitely use their service again.

By far the best landscaping contractor in the WNY area. Great rates and they do excellent work. I got a referral from my real estate agent to give them a call. She has been working with 5 star for a few months now and praised their services. When I called, they are very responsive and came out quickly for a estimate. I ended up going with them and was so grateful I did. I would recommend them to anyone. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.Services: Walkway landscaping

Their work was beyond expectations. I never realized how bad my yard looked, until It was done.We are so happy with the job. I have given their number to family and friends. BEST tow company in town. Hands down would recommend this company to anybody who needs towing in a time of need. Only company willing to help late at night while stuck in the snow. Dean and his team are so awesome and caring. Only company I am using when in need ever again of getting pulled out. THANK YOU 5 STAR
