So ignorant and talk to people rude. On top of giving me the wrong bad part which was 625. Then have the nerve to ask me y I wanna speak to his boss. Then tell me I can't have a cash refund and have to write me a check after I gave them cash. Never ever again.

Shown photos of parts I would receive prior to ordering ... after waiting a week for the parts to be shipped in, they tried to give me something that totally did NOT match the photos they showed.... SCAM...

In all honesty I hate giving out bad reviews. But I had the worst experience in the world. Yesterday June 29, 2024 looking for a module. I'm a 2017 impala. The young kid at the front desk. Was so miserable and so disrespectful. I was not trying to do his job. I believe the front Destin's for customer service. If you cannot handle that, you should be in the back pulling parts. I run the business and every day just about. I have a bad day, but I never show my customers or my employees. The kid did not want to do his job look up the part.
After having me wait there for 5 minutes for me to do a job. Whether he was gonna swipe my car, I finally asked him. So, what are we doing? He says well. I'm waiting for you to swipe the car. Wow, the? How much supposed to know if I have to swipe it myself or hand it over to you?
So right away after that he starts typing away type heart with an attitude so I can hear him or hear his frustration typing when I had nothing but respect. I've been a customer for years at 2060. Just with that right there alone. I'd rather go somewhere else because that kid was so disrespectful. It will cause someone to come out of character!! And all of that being said he waited for the end of the day when they were about to close to call me and when I go wrong part.
And when I came back he had a different attitude. And I think or I think the guy that was sitting in the middle because I know. More than likely Hey sing and heard how to way the kid was acting and talking, so he must have been reprimanded.
I give up to thank you. The guy's sit in the middle and I wish I know his name.

These guys are amazing. I have bought so many engines, transmissions, differentials,and other parts from them. Great quality and great prices. I use to deal with chuck there and he was amazing before he moved on, but now I deal with Jeff. Hes one of the nicest people I've ever spoken too and extremely knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help. I literally won't use anyone else for used parts. Give Jeff a raise lol
