Meeting the owner is an absolute joy to hear him talk about the shop and the collectibles. Excellent ice cream and chocolates downstairs at Sweet Jenny’s. Sooooo many things to look at and enjoy. It’s about a 5 hour drive for me and I can’t wait to go back again.

Owner was very nice. We also just happened to stop by when Hacksaw Jim Duggan was signing autographs and he was incredibly pleasant to talk to. Great ice cream and candy in the downstairs.

My buddy and I came into town for a concert, and the next day browsed around buffalo for some comic book shops, the owner of the shop was incredibly nice and so much fun to talk to! He has such a vast knowledge of basically anything having to do with figures, comics, cartoons, even had a conversation about music. I started seeing all the pictures on his wall with so many incredibly talented individuals from voice actors, athletes, actors and actresses, musicians, and thought to myself who the hell is this guy lol! Lots of figures which is what I'm Into, sealed and loose, this is a nerds paradise and if you want to browse around and find something to bring home, or just to go check out his incredible collection, you will have an amazing time!

Amazing owner with some awesome stories and treats customers like old friends! Came in today for the first time and spent a lot of time just hanging out and talking nostalgia. If you haven't been definitely check it out! It's my husband and son's new favorite place in the area. We will definitely be back for the nostalgia and Sweet Jenny's chocolate.

Stumbled across 1811 Comics while at Sweet Jenny's (on the second floor). Not a real comic book fan, but if you are, there is a LOT there. Lots of cool memorabilia. Almost to the point of too much lol.

Popped in to Sweet Jenny’s to grab a chocolate Grogu for my son for Easter and of course went to 1811 to browse. The owner helped me find my son a present which is a Punk Rock Gizmo which I had no idea even existed and I grabbed myself some comics as usual. It’s always a 10/10 experience there. 1811 is the kind of place that really keeps the love of pop culture alive. From cartoons and comics to wrestling, If it wasn’t for shops like this, the world of collecting would die out. Keep on making the world a better place and I appreciate what you do for the community.

Comics are ridiculously over-priced. Owner was communicating with us through speakers in the walls from some remote location. Creepy and an absolute waste of time for any comic buyer.

Couldn't be more bummed to drive across town to buy comics and check this store out only to have the owner tell us they are closed. Hours of operation say open until 7pm. My suggestion is call before you drive down there to ensure they're actually open the time they have listed. Waste of a trip is not worth driving over there.

Definitely my favorite comic shop I've ever visited. I'm not from the area so after searching a few spots close to the hotel I was staying at, I had the pleasure of walking into this weird little candy shop. I thought the GPS made a mistake until I saw a sign saying comics upstairs. Upstairs was a comic book NIRVANA. Tons of books, funkos and various Collectibles. The owner was awesome. He was funny, knowledgeable and it turned out, from my hometown. Small world. I would highly recommend this spot. I can't wait to drop my son off at Daemon College this fall and go back for some more books. Maybe this time, have a large vanilla malted shake while I'm in there too.
