I had one issue in the years I’ve been coming here where something wasn’t resolved right away and I brought the truck back 10 minutes later and they fixed it on the spot.You can’t ask for anything more than fast quality, and thorough. “Scott and his team are simply the best! Hardworking, responsible and honest go a long way when navigating a world I know little about! I had my "engine too hot" light flash on and had no idea what that meant (was it a false alarm or was my car going to catch fire) or what to do. I immediately called Superior and Scott said pull over, turn the car off, open the hood but not to touch anything! A tow truck was on its way and arrived quickly! It turns out my radiator was cracked, sigh. The part was ordered and replaced all with the utmost care. “Excellent service. What was most impressive was that life happens and there was a miscommunication. I asked for a wheel balancing and one other service. Somehow the wheel balancing was not written down and I had to come back. On my reschedule date I was sick and had to reschedule again. They accommodate me and when I did make it back in they took care of me right away. Very friendly and thorough work. I would highly recommend if you need any work to consider this shop”
