Last year my furnace died and I could not get it to start again. I had tried two different techs over the previous three years and both times the furnace would run temporarily and then die again after a few months. During a cold snap I happened to park next to a Harris Oil van in a parking lot; I followed the techs inside, asked if they serviced furnaces, and on their free time they set me up with an appointment that day. When they did come, Nick checked over the entire furnace, adjusted things the previous techs never even looked at, and I have not had a problem with my furnace since. I cannot recommend this company enough. I've stuck with them since because of that service call, and other fuel companies would charge me for fuel and then 'forget' to deliver it until prices were higher. Not these guys. This week they accidentally told me the wrong day for delivery and called me as soon as they realized to inform me. Amazing service the entire way, cannot recommend them enough.
