Closed doors early on the Saturday before Christmas. You shouldn’t be shutting the doors in your customers faces. A small post office without a sense of community or customer service. Disappointed.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff at the Brooktondale location. Super efficient too. I had several large packages to mail and they quickly let me know which way would be most cost effective. I was in and out in a flash!

Don't believe the posted hours! Saturday says they close the window at noon, but I was just told they *actually* close the window/register at 11:50am on Saturday. So I rushed for to make it by noon for nothing having gotten there at 11:55am. I'm really appreciative of having a post office near home, but disappointed at stuff like this.
