I had a couple of problems with my online order, but every step of the way the ZWD customer service took responsibility for the snags in shipping and did their best to made it right. When my piece finally arrived, it was so worth the wait! Incredibly inventive, FUN, clothes. FWIW, I don't think the prices are unreasonable considering you're getting 1 of 1 unique items.

A gorgeous store that feels like an art installation in itself! Yes the prices are very high- BUT you can tell this thoughtful collection of garments are an artist’s life work with careful sourcing and painstakingly detailed construction. This is not some second hand fast fashion pop up- it’s a high fashion concept store.There are a few other zero waste goodie to shop from other vendors: soaps, candles, stickers, straws and face masks. But it’s not the main focus of the store.My only challenge with the space was that the staff member was pretty unfriendly- didn’t greet us, didn’t offer to explain the work to us, and just kinda ignored us in the shop. Because the store and collection are so unique, I’d expect the staff to be excited to share and educate about the pieces and mission of the work.

Just received my ZWD sweatshirt in the mail and I am IN LOVE! It’s even better than I expected. The fabric is so soft and comfortable, the craftsmanship is meticulous, and it’s such a fun design and so (obviously) unique. The fact that it’s made from re-roll makes it even better - preventing waste!! I got the small (I’m 5’6 and average build) and it’s a perfect fit for me. If I could give it more stars I would. Highly recommend :)))
