I just got my 1st order that I placed on their website and I am happy with the results. My order came pretty fast, everything was in good shape. I am so happy that I found this store, I needed a petfood store that has quality food, Chewys prices are going up and if they going that route im looking for a new place AND this place is 20 minutes from my house!! YAY!! I order A LOT of food. Many many hungry mouths to feed here :)

Packaging was flimsy and, as a result, 4 of the 12 cans arrived dented and unusable/unsafe. The labels had peeled off of 4 additional cans. And, as a final disappointment, the flavors were NOT as ordered. A complete mess. I don't have the time or energy to return the order, but did want to warn other prospective customers.

I initially ordered a bag of pet food and it was scheduled to arrive in about 4 days. Then I was notified that it would be a few days late. That day came and went and I was notified it would be a few more days, etc. I have yet to actually get my dog food. The carrier even changed from amazon to USPS, so hopefully I will eventually get it.I’m adding to this and updating it I did get a response from this company, apologizing and offering to refund me in full. That day I did receive the product and they still refunded me 50% for the 12 days it took to reach me. This show excellent customer service when there’s a problem.

I am updating my previous score of 1 star to 5 stars. I ordered Emerald Pet Canine Dental Treats, original, small size. The PayPal account associated with the Yow Pet Supplies website comes up as HotSpotFashion. I also did not get an email confirmation for my order. All this aside, my canine dental treats arrived about a week after I placed my order. The invoice was from K9Cuisine. I am not sure how all the companies work together, Yow Pets, HotSpotFashion, and K9Cuisine, but I am happy I to know I can trust Yow Pets. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

They sent me a bag of cat food instead of dog food. I tried calling them and left a message on Sunday. I emailed them on Sunday, and included a picture of the $41 bag of food which was supposed to be dog food. No response. I emailed Wednesday might. Telephoned Thursday afternoon and left another message. Their customer service sucks.

Finally a great local pet store! They have quality items for reasonable prices! I used to have to drive 20 minutes to the nearest store that carries Fromm, but now I only have to walk 5 minutes. Staff is very friendly and sweet. They even give my pup a treat when we come by ? the store is super clean and organized. Thank you guys for opening up such a nice store for our fur babies in the neighborhood! ❤️

Yow is an awesome new pet store that sells good quality pet food. If they don’t have a product of a particular brand they will order for you. Really nice customer service as well
