I always have an amazing experience at Yo Yo’s hair salon. I have been going there for years. I am usually pretty picky with my hair and like to change it up from time to time. They are always patient and make sure I leave satisfied with the style that I am looking for. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the entire team is friendly and professional. My wife also comes to Yo Yo for her haircuts and coloring. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch service.

Guy who was doing my service was too aggressive when brushing hair, applying color, blowdrying, and washing hair. Told me it was going to be $105, ended up being $150+.
Requested style: Asked for highlights and root touch up (started quite blonde), left with gray hair.

I just want someone to do the job right and let me leave --- so I discovered them 3 months ago for hair color - my roots - 1st time Sunday late afternoon - walked in - not too busy had to wait maybe 15 mins but my hair came out very shiny and the right shade - and you get a nice massage after your hair rinse. Went back on a Saturday walk in around noonish - busy but they took me anyway - was a bit rushed as to be expected - told to come back on a weekday if possible --- came back on a Tuesday after 5pm and I was the only customer - no rush and perfect... i don't even want my hair blown dry--- perfect place for my no frills hair needs

Worst Place ever. The owner and her workers are so cheap and rude. They charge you so much extra and asks for individual tips. They don’t even provide good service and their work is below average. Disgusting place ever.

Hair color- was the service I asked I would love to go into such a big detail but just left the salon with orange hair and she says it’s not orange at all . I was going for blonde highlights and warm brown base underneath . They don’t speak English they speak mandarin or Cantonese yelling at me bc I lied saying my hair wasn’t colored when it was . I never denied that . The owner wasn’t there so what she has to say has no point . Stay away they’re rude they want you to tip I wanted to curse them out . I know have to go somewhere else to fix the mess .

It was ok, first of all, they didn't have the color I wanted so I ended up going with black hair color and when my hair was getting washed I saw the lady trying to get hair dye off my cheek but I felt like she was just irritated my skin and the next day I woke up with my skin burned. It looks really bad in person, looks like my skin got severely burnt.

stay away from this place the owner is disgusting and rude . I had to go and fix my hair somewhere else . They are cheap and now it makes sense why - since they do such a shitty job ok hair coloring . Horrified by the customer service .

I needed a salon close to home to dye my hair and trim it. Yo-yo comes highly recommended with a 4.9 star rating. The atmosphere was very good. All the girls are very polite. When I walked in my hair was highlighted and I was looking for a silver platinum color. yo-yo told me I had to have my hair bleached and I thought she would die my hair the color I wanted. i’m not mad. She’s a lovely lady but I think we had a communication breakdown. Another young lady was helping her put the bleach on my hair and she was the girl that shampooed my hair and gave me this fantastic massage. I’m not going to say anything bad about you or your salon and I love the way she trim my hair. I just didn’t get the color I wanted. Prices are moderate.

Took my daughter There yesterday, they gave my daughter a crooked haircut and what really got me triggered, honest to God .. The hairdresser took her mask off and blew her nose into a napkin was flickering with her finger and continued to touch my daughters hair as she was blow drying .. As if I’m not even there .. I know one thing for certain Never go to Them EVER again .. ?Service: Hairstyling

Amazing haircut I showed yoyo a picture from Pinterest and she did exactly what I wanted and was very thorough. The hair wash was great too, love a good scalp massage
