I wished that I read these reviews before sending my stuff with this company!! They are the worst I ship my family stuff since October and we are in new year and still my family can’t get the I send and when I call the customer service is just terrible. I regret sending my stuff with this company never again.

Total mess, never ever again professional liars ? I sent two articles to Guyana over 2 months ago apparently it got lost in the Bermuda triangle ?️ one lady was very nice, but everyone else are liars, I probably wouldn't get my stuff I would never ever recommend this shipping company to anyone else on earth, the one star is for lying.

Picked up my barrel on August 28 am it’s now Dec 22 an every time I call they keep saying how I don’t understand or I’m just d*** or what do I want them to do to eventually saying it’s in Guyana and I need to call someone else even though I paid them $200 for door to door I beg no one use this “company” because they will make you wanna do something illegal to them so this doesn’t happen to no one else

Mailed 2 barrels to Guyana over 2 months ago and they are yet to arrive and no kind of communication regarding their status. I am very disappointed with the service. It's very unfortunate.

NEVER AGAIN WORSE COMPANY EVERY!I ship 4 shipment with this company in July 2022 as of today October 14th no one can tell me where my barrel and boxes are. Every time I call is a different story. Now they are not taking my calls SHAMEFUL.

Unprofessional!!! I have been waiting for my box for over 6 weeks and still now solid eta!!! All sorts of hidden fees when it’s time to collect your paperwork!!! Would never use them or refer them to anyone!

WORSE COMPANY EVER!!!. 2 months now and i have no idea where my barrel is. No clear communication just runarounds. This company the worse save your sanity and use another shipping company. There's just frustration and regrets if you use this shipping company. THE WORSE SHIPPING COMPANY!!Other company takes 2 WEEKS this no good company taking over 2 months. They told us it would take 2 weeks for the barrel to reach look at us 2 months later have no idea where the barrel is...My god man. Smh. Wish there was an option to give no star. Don't deserve any star.. close the company down and stop deceiving people.

This shipping company made me so frustrated my God, NEVER again no professionalism whatsoever.... The staff is down right rude ? I would never tell anybody to use this company. The date my Barrel was shipped to the expected date was way off , mind you I'm a first time customer you would think they would be nice, man look zero for them

If I had only read those comments before getting myself into this mess, I send my barrel a month ago to arrive for Christmas and now am worried that it won’t make it on time. This is ridiculous barrels usually take 2-3weeks to arrive not a month going on to 2months. Already disappointed ?

I should not give that star but I had to. I used this place when Monifa was there and had no issues. I shipped 2 barrels since June 2 pick up and to date my daughter cannot collect them because even though they are there (the barrels) two weeks now, they are mysteriously registered to Williams Shipping and not to the names I gave them. Checking in with PAZ the file is saying the fees were paid yesterday by my daughter but that’s not so. My daughter was never contacted to pick up the barrels. We’re on the phone with both NY and Trinidad and we’re only getting the runaround. The lady here in NY was pleasant but it seems I placed her in a bind so she went silent. I’m disgusted and I’m never using this company again. I’m waiting to see when my barrels will be released.
