Complaint Regarding Unacceptable Incident at Your Wedding VenueDear Widdi Hall Management & Owner,I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding an unacceptable incident that occurred at your wedding venue on December 25th, 2023. On that date, at approximately 10:30 pm, a distressing situation unfolded within the premises of your venue, which not only compromised the safety and well-being of the guests but also displayed a shocking lack of respect for the solemnity of the occasion.It is with great alarm that I must report witnessing an altercation among your employees that resulted in a physical confrontation with a knife and a stabbing that took place. This behavior was not only disruptive and distressing to the attendees of the wedding but also posed a serious security risk. The absence of adequate security personnel further exacerbated the situation, leaving guests feeling vulnerable and unprotected.Furthermore, as a member of the Arab and Islamic community, I was deeply troubled by the lack of respect for our cultural and religious traditions. It is widely known that our customs dictate the separation of genders during certain parts of the event, ensuring that males do not intrude into the women's space. Regrettably, this protocol was disregarded, and the sanctity of our traditions was not upheld. This is not the first instance of such a breach, and it is imperative that the necessary measures be taken to prevent the recurrence of such disrespect in the future.As a result of this distressing experience, the wedding celebration was marred by an atmosphere of fear and disrespect, greatly detracting from what should have been a joyous and memorable occasion for the newlyweds and their guests.I trust that you share my concern for the well-being and comfort of all guests at your venue and take this matter with the utmost seriousness. I urge you to conduct a thorough investigation into this incident and take immediate steps to enhance security measures and ensure that cultural and religious sensitivities are respected at all times.I sincerely hope that you will address these issues promptly and effectively, as it is crucial to uphold the reputation and integrity of your esteemed venue. Attended a wedding here 2 weeks ago. The place looks only cosmetically nice when they decorate but the tables and actual building and rugs are very old and mostly run down.If you're looking for a cheap hall here's your place!Staff was really nice though.

I wish I can give it zero stars. They need to hire new security! They were given specific instructions: to NOT let people inside the hall without an invitation. Yet, somehow people (teenagers) were coming inside without an invite! Bad experience.
