No membership check at the entrance.Restrooms are available at the left corner to the entrance after all the checkout spots.2 toilets for bowl movement and 3 for pee.Toilets are well maintained but not the urinal area.Plenty of parking available including wheelchair accessible lots.Entrance also wheelchair accessible.”

When reaching out about defective products there was slight delay due to a massive snow storm and limited staff in their location (Brooklyn New York).One of their representatives named Alex was very kind and helped talk through my options in order to make the situation right.
