I’m finally glad I get to review this place!
Careless, borderline hostile I guess temporary staff! Overpriced items

I don't often post reviews but I loved this store! I live in Manhattan but had never been to cobble hill so I decided to spend my Saturday wandering around and I'm so glad I stumbled into this store. Such a huge selection of stuff with great prices. Bought a couple of things I've been meaning to order on amazon forever but never got around to, and I saw so much stuff that would make amazing housewarming gifts! I will def be back especially during the holiday season because there are also so many great stocking stuffer options.

I love this spot my partner has been getting very into baking and they literally have everything you could need! I first came upon whisk around Halloween when I was looking for edible glitter to put in a cocktail. It’s very cute and the staff is very knowledgeable!

Baking is one of my favorite hobbies, and over the years, I've undergone a search for the perfect mixing bowl. I don't like metal - can't stick it in the microwave. Ceramic scratches and looks ugly after you use a metal egg-beater a few times. Every plastic bowl I've tried is too soft - the metal egg-beater starts to pull off tiny pieces of plastic after only a few uses - can't have that in my cake! My goal ultimately became to find a large, sturdy glass mixing bowl. Pyrex would have been my dream, but they don't make anything larger than 4.5 quarts - too small. Whisk was the ONLY store I could find online that carried a 6 quart Duralex tempered glass mixing bowl - even Amazon didn't have it! It was a reasonable price, came in perfect condition, and shipped all the way to Texas much sooner than I expected! Thank you for stocking high-quality products!

Shop was nice and the workers were great, but the knife sharpening service they have is lacking. I sent in 4 knives (bushcraft, not kitchen knives) and they came back barely sharpened. Couldn’t even cut paper with most of them. They attempted to fix the tips but came just shy of making them right. I wont bore you with all the details but I would not use their knife services.
There goes 54$ for nothing I guess.

Really nice staff and super helpful. Our event was short in knife so we went to this shop and they try the best so we could get items we need it.

My favorite little store in the neighborhood. They have the right combination of high quality niche items and your inexpensive basics. Love the baking section and food storage.

I got my knives sharpened through Whisk this past week and am disappointed. It cost over $20 for two knives, took over a week, and unfortunately both knives came back dull. When looking at the blade the knives still have grooves. I included photos of this, I know it looks a little weird but it was the only way i could show they weren't sharpened. When I tried to cut a tomato, instead of slicing, it just smushed it. I have a global and a wusthof knives, both good quality, and I was looking forward to restoring a sharp edge. Otherwise, the service at the front desk was great.

This is the best kitchen supply store in brooklyn. The staff with help you find whatever you need, order things in, give tips and tricks, they even have a knife sharpener on staff & she’s cheaper than anyone I’ve encountered in this city. Before I go anywhere else for my kitchen or baking needs, I check Whisk first
