We got an awning during Covid from Steve and the crew at we are signs. It’s as good as it was four years ago. I was reminded to post this review when I took these photos recently. I meant to do that when we first got it but better late than never. Steve was very helpful and accommodating to so work with. Denis

Shout out to any of you canopy owners who need repairs in Manhattan! Mine came inherited to my apartment and is over 40 years old and needed tons of TLC and a new awning / canopy. From start to finish this company was a class act. Besides what I needed repaired I ordered a custom canopy that came on time (faster then what I was quoted), with accurate sizing and looks awesome! I initially called 6 different places and this company had the best pricing. Repair and installing the new canopy was super fast. I could not be happier. Thank you We Are Signs & Awnings!

I had an awning on the side of my house that started to pull away from the brick. I called this company needing help right away. Steve showed up with his staff on time and removed and remounted the awning doing a very professional job. I highly recommend this company! Thank you so much.

They installed the sign for our new restaurant on the date they promised which was critical to our opening. It looks great, high quality printing and fabric. Will continue to use their services. They also did the install in bad weather which I appreciate. Meeting the timeline is so critical and rare when dealing with third party contractors. They did so.

Rude, terrible customer service, must I repeat RUDE, careless, arrogant. I truly suggest they hire a customer service rep who can answer inquiries without seeming annoyed.

I was fortunate to randomly find Steve through the internet without any references. When we met it was clear to me he knew what he was doing. I'm not in the construction world but it seems to me the work he does requires an enormous amount of precision and manufacturing detail both of which resulted in a beautiful awning for my small animal hospital. I would definitely use Steve again. He delivered exactly what I wanted and there wasn't any issue at all. Steve was such a pleasure to work with. Very responsive, worked fast, and very knowledgeable. When the team came for the install, they were very professional and the light boxes came out great! Would definitely work with them again!
