I love this place. They pick up/drop off quickly and nicely, everything comes back truly clean and smells great, and while it’s definitely an expense it’s not too insane for the luxury it is. Highly recommend!!

Fast, great prices, friendly. Used their pick up service when laundry in my building went out of service. Done within 24h and neatly folded and sorted when they dropped it back off. Highly recommended!

The absolute best. I’ve been sending my laundry here for ten years and I’m finally writing a review because the service has consistently been amazing. Pickup and drop-off is really efficient. Just call and you’re in the system. And the care they put into the laundry is exceptional. Like another reviewer said, it’s obvious they actually sort the colors and brighten the lightest clothes. And they always take extra care with the details. I accidentally left a precious little book in the pocket of my robe, and they caught it before washing. It came back to me neatly wrapped in its own bag. Really great people. Always tip the drivers and the staff.

Waverly place is superb for wash and fold pick-up and delivery. They’re always so polite and will go out of their way to make sure your laundry is delivered on time. They will hang dry, dry cleaning, anything you need! And prices are reasonable for NYC

THE BEST. Go out of their way to separate laundry, bleach whites, and read clothing tags, even if we don’t ask them to! We’ve had notes left on some of our clothes like “We hang dried this for you, but it’s still a little damp. Please hang when home!” They use free and clear detergent for our baby clothes. Free day pick up and delivery service - just tip them!

Best laundry service ever. So fast with pick/up delivery and rates are so reasonable. Never had any issues with clothes and the service is also so friendly. Best option in the neighborhood for sure.
