Indian girl who works as cashier, doesn’t respect the customers who wants to pay by benefit cards.
Few customers wanted to buy a products with Benefits Cards, and she was refusing them to pay.
Also, today I wanted to check and told her to do that, she was literary refusing. Why? Based on what? To this questions she hadn’t had any answer.
Even though, they re complaining about other customers in front of others, and literary judging them.
Awful!

I have to returned one item and sellers person was so rude he asked me all different id my credit card driver license my phone number humiliated me and was very passive aggressive never had so bad service like this in different state in Walgreens I think Walgreens should choice better people for customer survive

Needed help at the pharmacy section. Merari answered the phone and was very kindhearted and professional. My matter was resolved in matter of minutes and with ease.

Long lines, staff are not friendly. They had an issue with their credit card terminals and accepted only cash and they were complaining about the customers (in front of the customer) coming in with cards even though they announced over the speakers. No one should be berated and have their intelligence questioned because of an issue the store has. Being in a customer service position might be taxing but the customers don't deserve to be treated that way.

My previous pharmacy “Rite Aid “ closed and they transfer me to this pharmacy and my first experience: Medications was sent 4 days ago she prefers me to take 5 tablets instead 30? I don’t have a time to pickup every 5 tablets ??? better to change pharmacy or Express script who is delivering to my door ! IDO NOT recommend this pharmacy.!!!!!!!! If you are not Russian don’t do deal with this pharmacy, I feel no Respect to others except Rissians!!!!

Lady said she didn't recieve my order BUT I clearly showed her. Also, the cashier was so cocky and arrogant, showing no interest in my request or issue with printing photos. I do NOT recommend this place. Such a horrendous waste of time.
