NASTIEST BATHROOM. I had the unfortunate experience of asking to use their restroom. This is also the employee’s restroom. There was vomit in the wash basin and on the floor. The roll of tissue was also on the floor. Feces all over the toilet. No soap in the soap dispenser, no hand sanitizer. I had to run out of there. I remembered when my daughter worked at another pharmacy chain, she would come home to use the bathroom and I would say why don’t you use it at work. She would say, “mom those bathrooms at the pharmacy are disgusting”. Now I believe, she never worked at this location.

I visit the store today to purchase A&D ointment.
I waited 10 minutes for someone to open up so I can get it. It was under lock and cage like jail.
no manager no one to assist? Everyone has a terrible horrible attitude very unprofessional. I will not recommend this store.Fahmida was very disrespectful

The Pharmacy is terrible , Long lines , no staff at registers , rude . Also if you call you will be on the phone for 20 minutes or more.. Place is disgusting

pain medication leaving the doctor arrive at the pharmacy 1:28 p.m. M The young woman at the window was serving a lady. At 1:30 there were 2 people waiting and they didn't help us because we had to return at 2:00, it's true that they have the right to lunch. But what he went looking for was medicine. No toys or cakes.

This is ridiculous! Why answer the phone then put it on hold. That dont even make sense. Plus when you answer the phone you can barely hear what the person is saying. If you answer the phone clearly you are available if you take your time to pick it up and put it back on hold. Then you wonder why people are mean to individuals. If you dont like your job simply quit.

Calling here will take hours before anyone answers (maybe) 2 calls ahead of me and over an hour waiting on phone for someone to pickup and put call back on hold.

I called to discuss my prescription.The phone rang for 45 minutes without an answer.I will have to take a 25 minute un-necessary trip.I am very disappointed at the way Waulgreens treats i customers .This treatment makes me want to look for another pharmacy,.

DONT EVEN BOTHER. Go to the Walgreens on Fillmore. DO NOT CALL OR COME HERE. It’s awful awful awful. They do NOT pick up the phone. They are the most incompetent ppl you will come across. Save yourself the hassle and go to the one on Fillmore

I typically order online for pickup since most locations are really busy when I visit. I ordered to do a pickup here since it was on my way home. They didnt have a majority of the items I needed and I wasn't going to stop for just one item so I tried to cancel (that way i could get my coupons back to reuse for an online delivery). I called 4 times, 3 times I was told to hold then they just hung up (I assumed I was disconnected) the 4th time I was on hold for 15 minutes. I decided to just call the main hotline and they were able to cancel it, thankfully, but this location seems to have bad customer service. I'm giving 2 stars because this location has more items than the location closest to my house. But I definitely will not be going there again.

Don't even think about stepping foot into this disastrous Walgreens pharmacy. The level of incompetence and lackadaisical attitude displayed by their staff is simply appalling. I foolishly decided to give them another chance and went there while enduring an excruciating 15-minute hold on their phone line. There were only two of us waiting, and yet they managed to still keep me on hold on the phone repeatedly while the five workers in the back seemed to be having a grand old time, completely ignoring their responsibilities.I can't fathom what the four idle workers were up to, probably having a party back there! One person was half-heartedly manning the register, but the rest? Your guess is as good as mine. Clearly, their priorities lie anywhere but in serving the customers.I've had enough of this nonsense and I'm already making the switch to a different pharmacy. Walgreens corporate seriously needs to take a hard look at their employees and their total lack of professionalism. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs!
