Called twice both calls were over 30 mins and they just kept picking up and putting me right back on hold. After 40 mins the call hangs up.

ABSOLUTELY WORST WHEN TRYING TO CALL!!! They keep pick up the phone then put you on hold immediately without saying anything. It’s a reason why we’re calling, my doctor sent a prescription weeks ago and all they keep saying there’s a delay nothing else!

It's the worst when it comes to customer service. I've called on numerous occasions to speak with the pharmacy department, and they would literally pick up and then put me back on hold. This location is absolutely the worst pharmacy.
