The pharmacy needs help! I wait 15+ mins each time I’m here. There’s no reason for it. Get them help Walgreens! You should be ashamed of how you’re setting your employees up to fail and be met with rightfully hostile people. Do better.

The Jamaican lady at the pharmacy register is the worst. She really takes up her sweet time when im trying to grab my prescription. Call’s next in line to come to register and having me stand in front of her she’s looking up someone else’s prescription for a good 5 minutes, then she complains that the computer crashed, doesn’t apologize, had to wait another 5 minutes. Then when I put in my info and payment instead of handing me my stuff she decides to have a casual conversation with her co-worker. Was the only person in line, by the time I was done 6 people were in line behind me. I’m singling her out because she’s the slowest worker there, every other person at the register I have no issue with.

Waiting in the pharmacy line as I write this. Takes forever, they don’t have my correct information, they never have my meds ready on time. Changing pharmacies after this time, I’ve had enough. Horribly slow, terrible customer service, this place sucks. Save yourself and do not come here

How are they even still open with this many complaints. The employees act as if they are not replaceable. This pharmacy is terrible. Regardless if you hate your supervisors and job. Atleast take pride in functioning correctly. To be so nonchalant about being incompetent is crazy, and a reflection of those whose chose to apply and work there. Terrible.

I would love to do a deep dive expose on exactly why this is the absolute worst pharmacy on the entire planet. Honestly a documentary is needed to figure out precisely why the customer service is THIS bad, the service THIS slow and inept and your medications are never, ever, ever ready they need to shut this place down already.

The pharmacy line is too long but the kid Martin at the register is very nice and helpful. But if you’re in a rush don’t come here.

very long wait time on the phone for pharmacy staff, I had to call back multiple times to get to someone. Pharmacy tech was rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend this pharmacy.
