So this evening I went into the store between 8:30pm and 8:40pm.frist thing the security guard is sitting in the chair on her phone without paying mind to the store. 2nd I went in the store for some baby needs. I ask one of the employees where was an item that I was looking for. he tells me oh over there in the baby section witch he wasn’t helpful what so ever he already had started with bad customer service. As well when I frist walk in he was on his phone as well. Then I go to the baby section and I looking at meds and other baby needs. As a customer was waiting for someone to open the case so she was able to get baby wipes which she had rang the bell like 5 times and he took forever to come. And that was same coworker that wasn’t polite to me. In the frist place so I hearing he telling people that we close so I start to walk up towards the register and it’s 9:07pm and I realize I forgot another baby need so I ask him can I please get this item he tells me oh I don’t have the key we close. I felt that wasn’t right frist that wasn’t the customer service that supposed to be like these workers is looking to except a paycheck each week. But the only way the store makes money if customers shop and if this issue don’t get resolved I won’t be going back to this store location. This coworker needs to get into trouble and not told he was also on his phone as he’s on the clock. Me being a manager for so long in big companies that’s not how a coworker supposed to act to a customer. Today I spent $41.81 on 4 items only . The picture on this post is the coworker and look at his face that’s not a person that should be working around people.

Great store! I found everything I needed with ease. I recieved assistance from Shochanna, she was extremely pleasant and helpful. I even had time to witness her Interaction with her colleagues and I can tell she has great influential leadership, she's defintely a valuable asset to the company. Herminia, the cashier was super sweet and friendly as well. Thank you for a great experience.

Came here to get my covid booster shot couple of days back. Great experience, staff here were very professional and polite.

Made an appt to get the booster and traveled 50 blocks to get it and when I arrived they said that the ran out. Nicely done

This is the worst walgreen. There's 1 cashier and 1 security guard. There can be a line of 12 customers and its just 1 cashier.

The staff were super nice , helped me with my shopping list of school supplies. I requested to make an covid vax appointment instead they took my son in right then and there. I would give 10 stars for customer service. Thank you.
