The Pharmacist was kind and helpful because my doctor sent it to the wrong pharmacy but she tried to help and see if they had my medication. They didn’t so she called the pharmacy it was sent to and confirmed they had the medication before sending me there.

This is in regard to the pharmacy. My husband scheduled his COVID vaccine at this pharmacy and it was terrible. There was not a shot administered from the hours of 5-6pm with a huge line and no communication. There was a man with a 4:15pm appointment that wasn't seen until 6:02pm. Given the risk of exposure and the lack of communication, this was hands down the worst experience anybody in my entire extended family had relying on a pharmacy for the COVID vaccine. I've been to this pharmacy on occasion to pick up prescriptions and have had such terrible experiences waiting and communicating with the pharmacists that I have stopped going. We understand that issues arise, but respect and communication are integral if there are a group of people jammed into a small pharmacy waiting for their vaccines.

This is in regard to the manager Arita. I when to return an item that was already open. I called the store as soon as I got home and saw that the box was opened from the bottom and things were missing and was told I could come in and get a refund. Later that day I went up to the cashier who was so kind and explained the problem. She needed to ask the manager to do a refund. Arita the manager said NO, just an exchange. I explained that cashier earlier, say to come in for a refund, to which she said, she is just a cashier, I'm the manager She proceeded to curse and yell and leave the cashier spot. She came back yelling with the same item, which I no longer wanted. She tried to imply I had something to do with this, that everything in that store was sealed. I was so humiliated. She carried this way in front of a line of customers. This store is wonderful, but the manager needs to learn how to treat customers who bring business to the store. P.S. I was contacted by corporate and was told that the problem would be taken care of. Thanks, J
