Very bad experience with this pharmacy. I had severe otitis, my ear hurt terribly, I felt sick, I had a fever... I arrived at the pharmacy at 1:28 pm and was already standing in line. The Russian-speaking woman said that they close at 13:30 for lunch.I explained that I really needed drops for the pain, that I felt bad, there were tears in my eyes, that I couldn’t wait, I was in pain, and that I just needed drops (it was 1:28 p.m., they close at 1:30 p.m.) . She refused me. Now I’ll tell the cafe, I’m sobbing, my head hurts, my ear hurts... I’m waiting for them to open... I wish this woman that it would come back to her, and that they would do the same to her.

I took the CoViD vaccine and later realized that the nurse didn't open the injector and didn't fill it with the vaccine in front of me but walked in with a filled injector. This is controversial to the medical instructions.

Jeremy's enthusiasm for his job is evident from the moment he walks into the pharmacy. He always greets customers with a smile and is quick to respond to any questions they may have. He is always willing to help out if someone needs assistance and his helpful attitude makes customers feel welcome and appreciated.

Prices are way higher in store then online . I placed order for pickup while in the store so I get better deal . I went to cashier told them I placed order for pickup but it's not ready yet . Gave them the items for the order and said I would just come back when it's ready . It's been 3 hours and still the order being processed . I literally found all the items for order and handed it to them but they still can't process the order in a timely matter .

Today my 13 year old son was discriminated by age as he was trying to submit a package for FedEx return. The cashier refused to scan the package stating it is not for a Fedex( which it is) and when my son politely asked to scan it she said " How old are you to tell me what to do? ". Another cashier laughed in support to her colleague. My son called me very upset and I asked him to see the manager, which he did and he was able to take the the package. Long story short I called the manager Kevin to thank him and he told me that my son was outrageously disrespectful (???????) this is why they have the right to refuse the service . This is one of the most disgusting customer services you will ever encounter in Brooklyn, New York !!! Try to use a different store whenever possible. P.S. Kevin, cashiers- you should be ashamed of yourselves !!! Karma is a b!tch !!

There is supposed to be a mask policy at this store. However, I have been there three times recently where many customers and one employee are maskless. This is crazy in an environment where COVID-19 is still killing people. Parents are allowed to come in without masks and let their virus-laden maskless children run around the store seemingly intentionally spreading death. The one employee refused to put on a mask even after his coworkers advised him to several times. Maybe Walgreens will only respond to public pressure as a visit to a local pharmacy shouldn't be a death sentence to those customers with health conditions that make them more susceptible to coronavirus deaths. The arrogant employee who refused to wear a mask after being told multiple times should be fired.

No-no-no. They tell you your prescription will be ready in one-two hours. Then you come to pick it up, and it’s not ready, and they tell you to come back in couple hours. Screw that!

Total dump. You can never walk in and out of here without waiting on a long line FOR NO good reason. Stupid manager, cashiers who don't think out of the box and the store has become more and more unpleasant to look at and shop in. Store is dirty. I have seen mice run out from under the coolers where the cold foods are kept.
