Asked for assistance regarding a product and was dismissed by the entire staff present on 2/18/24.Visiting from out of state, My friend and I attempted to ask a cashier and what I assume to be the manager on duty for help regarding the inventory of an item. We proceeded to try to ask whether the item left over could be sold as is, because we were willing to buy. The issue is not that they had none of the product and that the display could not be sold (understandable). The issue is that the staff was very short and dismissive. The manager or lead on duty proceeded to get smart with my friend for reasoning why the product could be sold to us. He declined, no legitimate explanation. No customer service. They (manager and staff) were apparently adamant about not wanting our business. We purchased our other items and will not return to this location. We hope that they see this review one day and understand that they lacked customer service and kindness.

The meds are never ready on time, you have to wait for hours to get just one medicine which is already prepackaged, and just needs to have a single label printed on. Ridiculous

It is a nice store with friendly helpful staff. My only complaint is that the parking lot is very crowded and the store allows one of their employees to park in front taking two spots. It has to be an employee because the car is always there.

This place is depressing. Most employees there are either obviously uninterested in their jobs or outright nasty. So, so many items are locked up to deter theft... is Walgreens a prison?Avoid.

I usually only come here for services regarding transferring paper cash onto debit cards, so I will not be commenting on the stock and pricing of items, with one exception.I sing my praises for the patient and nice employees, particularly the ones that help me with the money transfer process. They’re respectful on every occasion I have been here, and they are willing to have a small chitchat while we’re waiting for the process to continue. They’re also very respectful, which I am a big fan of. So why am I only giving 4 stars? First off, and this may be more a problem with Google Maps itself instead of the store, but they do not have certain items in stock that they are claimed to have online. Second off, the automatic doors are wired incorrectly, with one of them being broken, to where the do not enter doors are the ones that open for the person attempting to pass through, which may cause confusion, while the broken door is constantly open. These doors have been this way for a while as well. Now, these are small nitpicks, and by no means does it diminish the experience one may have here. Just make sure to do a little bit of research if you’re looking at their stock online.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! CAME AROUND 11.45PM THEY CLOSING AT 12AM..... one lady was behind cash register doing something.....try to talk to her she completely ignored me...didn't even unswer Hello..... another cashier with red hair name Catty with VERY BAD attitude, SHARP and NASTY!!!!!!refused to serve me because she's closing.....when I asked for the manager she told me manager is busy ?Very rude staff!!!! Finally when rude cashier Catty decided to help me she asked about my ID.....I showed her it....and she try to grab it....I asked her to look from my hand, because of COVID I don't want everyone touch my personal stuff with their hands....she turned around from me and said ,,come back tomorrow,,. Another couple was trying to get something from the ? shelf .....also was ignored by staff.... No manners, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.....HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!
