Meh. I've used this pharmacy before and while I thought it was a bit disorganized at the time I didn't take issue then as I am rarely prescribed drugs or need refills. That said, I had a new prescription sent to VLS from my Doctor last week. I didn't need it right away so I came in today to pick it up.
The man helping customers told me to fill out a form and come back in 45 minutes. He didn't bother to check to see if it was ready or anything, even when I asked. He was an older gentleman and seemed to be having a hard time just managing the tasks at hand, yet alone answer any questions. I live nearby, so I went home rather than push the topic further.
In about two hours I called to see if it was ready. I was told that they didn't have enough in stock and they had to order more. Should be ready in a day or so. Confusing, since the script was sent to them 5 days ago. They never bothered reaching out to me at any point during the process themselves. Glad I didn't come back in 45m like I was told to do. Just disorganized, poor customer service, and not very knowledgeable about their own business practices.
I am transferring my script to a delivery service. Too bad, and just sad really. I wanted to patronize a local business that wasn't a corporate chain. But incompetence from a healthcare provider just isn't good for my health. Unless you are stopping in to buy an OTC just keep walking.

The attention is very bad, I went for my medicine and I couldn't get it oftener
The person serving is very rude, they should train the people who serve
And be kinder to customers

The owner of the pharmacy or maybe the pharmacist or the tech in there are so f rude I don’t understand how they can run a business who suppose to safe ppl live and they act like they don’t care shame on them

Overall rude and short on the phone. Sounded like she didn't really like her job. Emails took awhile to respond, not very helpful. Last email where I cancelled the Rx was responded with passive aggressive air quotes. As a medical profession myself I would not recommend any of my patients using this pharmacy. I would be ok waiting for script but I"m not ok with rudeness and how I was spoken too.

My doctor faxed in a prescription on Monday. Today, Thursday, the medication was delivered. I am more than impressed..The people I spoke to were knowledgeable and pleasant. My go-to pharmacy from now on.

Big racist vibes from this pharmacy. After calling this afternoon to ensure they had everything needed to make my dog's medication...I got there and after waiting 20 minutes, I was told they didn't have it. You're a compounding pharmacy, right? Because I gave you ALL of the info on the phone & we discussed the medication down to the COLOR.
After I let them know I had called and was assured they could make the medication, they decided they were refusing to fill my prescription because they couldn't get in touch with my vet. At 5pm. I have an official, NY state prescription for compounded hydrocodone in my dog's name. The entire point of these prescriptions is that you have to have a special license to write them. This guy made excuses & didn't care because he didn't care about me as a human being. He did his best to let me know it. Point taken, jerk.

Very bad service, a long time in giving the medicine and the attitude of the people who work is very haughty and the medicine is not given completely. I do not recommend that pharmacy.

I had a bad experience with that pharmacy. I had been looking for a compounding pharmacy and called them up. Jocelyn Saavedra told me on the phone that they could indeed do the compounding and that they accepted most insurances. Of course, she conveniently forgot to mention that they charged extra for the compounding and that it would have to be an out-of-pocket cost.My doctor called them on the phone and double-checked with a nice guy with an Indian accent whether they could help me with my two medications. The guy with the accent confirmed they could, so my doctor sent two prescriptions to them.I later learned they wanted to charged me extra for compounding one of my medicines, so I declined to go ahead with that and chose to just pick up the other medicine that did not require compounding.I came to that pharmacy earlier today to pick up the other medication. The check-out girl asked me to wait for about 20 minutes. After about 10 or 15 minutes of waiting, the pharmacist told me they did not have that medication in stock. I was disappointed with them.
