So I'm going to the one person who actually takes time out of their day to say something positive on here, rather than go on and on like everyone else. First of all, coming from a background similar to the optical field, I can relate to the employees at visionworks. The staff are caring and have treated me very well and I actually enjoyed being there. I first went there because I didn't want to spend hundreds upon hundreds that the other places were charging. I loved it there and want to set some things straight for all of the negative nancys out there.
What people DON'T understand is that everything can't be perfect every time, especially when the results are largely dependent on the person themselves. So when someone complains that 'they got the prescription wrong', that's not entirely true. The Dr. writes the rx based upon what YOU say you see better with when being examined. Secondly, I had a family member experience the lens issue where it looks like it was peeling or flaking off and after talking to an employee, it was because my family member was not taking care of the glasses i.e. cleaning with his shirt or a paper towel.
So for those people who say that the lenses are messed up, use the correct cleaners and things like that won't happen. Lastly, visionworks must be doing something right if they are the fastest growing and most profitable optical establishment in the country according to Business Magazine. Relax everyone!

Ms. Desiree went truly above and beyond to help me to fix issues with my insurance. It was an emergency visit because my glasses were broken and then I found out that my insurance was not working. I was bit stressed but she made it possible that i see the doctor and get my glasses.

Customer service when I entered the store and when I was leaving the store was very good. Also, the examiner explained the test results well, and told me clear next steps she recommended I take. Also, they had a good playlist of songs playing, as a bonus.

Scheduling my appointment online was fast, simple and easy. They also have walk-in appointments which is convenient. The entire process from beginning to end was pleasant. Dr Youseff was helpful, pleasant, friendly, easy to talk to and listened to your concerns; as well as explained matters in layman terms. The selection of glasses was good as well and the woman who did the eye pictures, etc was pleasant and funny. The young woman Efia was extremely helpful when I asked her opinion and help with the selection of frames. I asked for her honest opinion and she was down-to-earth and easy to talk with and she gave me her feedback, which I greatly appreciated. I always like a second opinion on certain things. She was patient with me and my indecisiveness and had a good sense of humor as well. The entire experience at this location from beginning to end, including picking up the glasses when ready, with the older gentleman with the glasses (who was pleasant and explained the progressive lens to me), was great. I would recommend this place.

Had a wonderful experience at davis works. From the moment I walk in, the staff and the eye doctor was incredible. Was looking for a better eye doctor, not anymore. You guys are stuck with me for now on. Fate had me walk in yesterday, and all I can say is thank you?
