The store was very busy, but the employees were very helpful in replacing my broken SIM card and getting my phone working again.

My experience with manager Hussain and associate Neville at the verizon store on Kings Highway was amazing to say the least. At a time where everybody makes everything so complicated -they seriously made the process for our upgrade seamless and looked at our options to even save us money - they rocked it!! Yay!
