Me and my partner had a wonderful experience at this Verizon branch, came to switch from t mobile to Verizon. The staff was very patience and welcoming with us. Jose made the process very fast and answered all our questions.

Amazing customer service, listened and help me more than any other Verizon store. They actually care about their customers and show it. Diego even stayed later to help me.
