I had a great experience with Will. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and professional while also making customers feel comfortable. He had patience and answered all my questions very clearly. Will definitely come back and ask for will!

I paid my Verizon bill here I have my paper receipt the employees willErase your transaction record to save their job and make the customer look like they lied when the customer has more proof then the system itself now I have to go to a different cooperate Verizon to resolve a issue that should of been resolved at this location I feel it was because I was white and there not it's fine I am not paying for a failing system just like the MTA

It has been a year+ of horror for me and my family being Verizon customers. We came back to Verizon after a few years at another service, and from the time we started business with them it has been terrible. We brought two iPhone 13 to trade in along with setting up my business account to the 494 Gateway Dr location. I gave them all my business info and started with a consumer account because to setup a business account takes approximately 2 business days. A few weeks after I was sent a mail stating I owed Verizon money even though we opted for paperless billing. Customer service said it was a fraudulent bill and noted it on our account. Yes I am saying my business info was compromised by this Verizon employee from the start of my new account and then there was no documentation of the 2 iPhones. 8 months after being told my business account is active, I went in to upgrade our phones and that is where the rabbit hole continued. I was told that I was paying for my 2 iPhone 13 even though I had traded in 2 brand new ones of the same phones. I was also told that my account was not a business account but still a consumer account. My 2 virtual numbers were also on someone else’s name but I was being billed for it. To make matters worse no one in the store knew how to fix any of these issues or tell me why I’m I paying for these phones. There are sooo much more to this story but typing this sends me in a rage. I will skip to this week’s encounter. After going into the gateway drive for the last time the employee then became disrespectful and dismissive because he is having a bad day and he could not get into my account. All in all another employee told me all my devices that I was paying for should have been free at Verizon and I should seek legal advice.

I want to take time out and say thank you so much Louis your customer service is so excellent and amazing… long story short I was overwhelmed paying so much on the phone bill I was going to t mobile next door they wanted so much … so I went to Verizon next door I asked can I get my own plan under my name which I’m under my mom he took a look and he was so honest and said I will be paying way more… he help deleted unnecessary expenses on my phone account and he is so welcoming to senior citizen when I was there a senior man came in went straight to Louis oh boy just now his wife was in control?? he making sure he listen … the guy gave Louis a paper he said that what I want he said I know I’m the one who write that I remember I will help you right away … my God we need more people like him … my mom is a senior for now on she will be going to him with any questions.. thank you so much Louis for your honesty I really appreciate it…

Called to get a phone and they stated that I need to show up in person. I did t know this was an authorized seller, they sent me to a different location further away from my house. They wouldn’t even bother to help me.

Accomplished nothing. The disk in customer service and the store service do not communicate at all, so expect inconsistent service. Two weeks later and the issue is still going back and forth.

Had a big struggle porting three phones from Tmobile to Verizon and the team at this store stuck it out to figure out the issues over took two visits and almost six hours working with the tech support team and troubleshooting to figure everything out but finally got it done. Big TY to Brian and Deon for their patience, dogged persistence and hard work. TY!

The experience was awful.I went in for less than 10 minutes to ask a question and when I walked out they had put a $25 monthly charge without asking for my permission.I wasn’t notified at all of this charge! I would recommend going somewhere else.
