Had a sim card issue. They were upfront and diligent even though they could not solve it. They then directed me towards a cost effective solution at the Verizon store (which was a far less pleasant experience). Very good experience. I will buy my phone from them next time too

Bad service for fios customer. Dont talk with that old women. She gives bad service. Dont come here, try to go to another store, if you really want to use this company service.

Absolutely dreadful experience at this location. Was serviced with a phone without sufficient storage. Returned a few days later for assistance - waited 45 minutes in store only for a Verizon member to tell me they could not assist as manager was not in store. Customer service at this location is very poor.

Went in last week to return my router equipment and cancel my plan because I am moving. The employee that helped me acted like he was annoyed the entire time that he was dealing with me. I even had to call this weekend to follow up w/ Verizon to cancel the plan because I found out the employee didn't actually end up cancelling my plan while I was there...

Service is a joke and employees don’t know what they’re doing. Will just waste your time and tell you to call customer service. Jay was particularly unhelpful. Literally started scrolling on his phone and ignoring what I was saying.

The associate Jay was very helpful and friendly. Went out of his way to explain the new features of the iPhone 15 pro max so that I’d be able to use them. Friendly, helpful service. Also told me about a great deal on accessories to keep my phone safe. There are special guards for the camera now since it’s more 3D. Didn’t know that!
