I came in to pay my Fios bill, and Pob is a great salesman who let me know about the great promotion. Pob and the manager Kim were so helpful today in getting me set up with my phone and tablet. Amazing team at West Orange.

Brian helped upgrade my plan and setup a new phone for me. He was very kind and patient. He reviewed all options with me and made sure I had what I needed before I left the store. Getting a new phone or dealing with a plan is usually hard, but Brian made it a seamless experience. Highly recommend this location!

I know Boris for many years, he is very knowledge, polite, professional person He always responds really quickly on text messages that I sent to him or if I call and he’s busy he can answer he always call back. I hope Verizon has more person like Boris
