I got to say that I spent 2 days trying to get a copy of my bill and because I’m not longer a Verizon costumer, I wasn’t able to get it and everyone was giving me excuses until I went to the store and Akif did what he could to help me get a copy of my bill when everyone was giving me excuses. 5 stars to that man. Eric has amazing and a shining beacon of awesomeness - helpful, efficient and Black Coffee cool. He helped sort out an upgrade and return. The whole team at the Atlantic Ave Verizon store are great. Good vibes all round. Verizon should be proud !

The absolute worst customer service. They stole $70 from me, and constantly make you wait and hold for them to get nothing done. AVOID VERIZON AT ALL COSTS
