Avoid this store. The people who work here seem more interested in being nasty and rude than helping customers. In particular my experience with Ash was extremely negative. I have never been spoken to so combatively and rudely by someone who is supposed to be there to help customers. I would never go back to this location.

The people here are fine. The company is horrible. I spent six hours over two days on the phone with three people to figure out how to transfer a line from one Verizon phone to another. So rude. I came in to ask a few questions to see if I wanted to upgrade my phone and the security guard kept telling me to leave like an hour before close. There’s another Verizon like half a mile from here. I went there and they were WORLDS nicer.
