Had a great experience here! Kavon was our service representative at the store and he was incredibly helpful over a 2 day period in helping to add a line, activate and install and switch SIM cards across old and new phones - incredibly patient and helpful! Highly recommend this Verizon store!!

I came in to inquire about a few products for my Galaxy phone and was assisted by an associate named Jay. After deciding to hold off on purchasing accessories for my phone, I asked Jay if the store does screen repairs, he explained that the store does not do screen repair but my device is eligible for coverage through my insurance plan. He then asked to look at my phone and offered to assist as it was really just a removal of the screen protector which was chipping away. Jay was great! So accommodating!He took his time (about 30 minutes) and painstakingly removed the stubborn screen protector, chipping and peeling away at it. While doing this, he engaged me in friendly and insightful conversation. I was truly impressed with his patience, professionalism, and attentiveness. Talk about going above and beyond! Thanks, Jay!

Great customer service from Fatai who is the store representative made me feel welcome. He have good sense of humor and has good knowledge about products and services.He’s very respectful and professional. I would highly recommend this store to everyone. I traded in my unlocked Apple phone for the newer iPhone under the pretenses that I can have the new phone unlocked as well because my older model was giving me issues and I travel internationally for work (Aug26,2022).I asked the sales rep Fatai several times if they can unlock my phone right away like tomorrow because Im working overseas this week. He reassured me those several times, yes. I asked if I can call them right away he said to try tomorrow due to the time.Today (Aug31,2022) when I requested for my phone to be unlocked through the online chat (ID:607e27841104), they told me I had to wait 60 days. I had to be at the airport at 0445 this morning to operate a flight. I went to the Gateway store in Brooklyn, NY, upon landing at 1000 who then told me it takes 90 days. I was then told to call customer service and spent an hour back and forth with a manager named Wendy from South Carolina saying its unfortunate for what their sales rep has caused but they cannot do anything due to theft and fraud occurrences.I've been with Verizon for almost 10 years and I have another service with them. I pay my bills on time as its on autopay. I literally showed up to the store in my airline uniform.I was then told to contact the Ralph Ave store. No one could get in touch with the store manager Juan Nunez or sales rep Fatai for over an hour and both stores contacted them.Because of this company inconsistencies and illegal practices of sales, I am now unable to work overseas because Im uncontactable since I cannot travel overseas without my phone and had to change my schedule. As a paying customer this is beyond unacceptable. I did my due diligence as a paying customer.Not only did I have to Uber from the airport to the Gateway store, but that same manager Wendy over the phone told me to visit the corporation store on Kings Hwy where I can form a complaint. When I got there they told me there is nothing they can do and that the retail stores continuously send customers there knowing they don't have power over the retail stores. Spending over an additional $100 in transportation and receiving 3 different answers.I will be discontinuing my services with Verizon sometime next month. Between the inconsistencies of information, illegal practices of the sales rep just to make a sale, and management not being able to solve the issue due to their faulty staff, Im taking my business elsewhere.

I have been a customer with Verizon for 10 years and I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior and zero customer service as I did at this location. Beware! Please refrain from going to this location!!
