Had a great experience here! Kavon was our service representative at the store and he was incredibly helpful over a 2 day period in helping to add a line, activate and install and switch SIM cards across old and new phones - incredibly patient and helpful! Highly recommend this Verizon store!!

Customer Rep sitting at the desk was really nice when sharing that they DO NOT TAKE BACK FIOS equipment, and I should Go to Gateway Mall.
