I bought my wedding dress at Veka Bridal for a November 2024 wedding and had a wonderful experience from start to finish! When looking at dresses, the experience at Veka was such a lovely change from most other bridal shops. The 1-on-1 attention in the small, cozy shop felt personal and calming, while most other larger stores felt impersonal and overwhelming. Veka has beautiful and unique dresses not available at any other NYC shops, including my dream dress (they were the only shop in the USA that had a sample!) After selecting, Jana and team were in direct communication via email, keeping me updated on the shipping progress. I ended up needing ~4 fitting appointments with their in-house seamstress. Her attention to detail and understanding of my requests gave me confidence throughout and I could not have been more comfortable and confident in the final product on my wedding day. HIGHLY recommend Veka for any future brides looking for a bespoke experience and warm service!

I had a wonderful experience here. Ksenia and Jana were incredibly professional, patient, kind and easy to work with and the salon space itself is lovely. Their dress selection is unique and tasteful. The Tomomi Okubo dress I chose had an old-fashioned elegance to it that several of my guests commented on. I would absolutely recommend VeKa Bridal.

Wedding dress shopping with Veka Bridal was such a wonderful experience. The whole process from start to finish was so painless and even relaxing. I was a “difficult” client in that I didn’t have a specific vision for my dress. Jana and Ksenia were so patient with me and helped me so much to make a decision and I am SO happy with how my dress came out. They are very communicative, very transparent about options, and a pleasure to work with. Can’t recommend this beautiful shop enough!

Three days before I had to fly out for my wedding, I had a very unfortunate incident with my original wedding dress, and needed to find a new dress in 72 hours. As you can imagine, I was in a state of pure panic, and called several bridal shops to see if they sold dresses off the rack. Veka Bridal answered immediately and suggested I come to the store.
Within minutes of arriving at the store, I found the most stunning dress that they not only had in my size, but that had never been on display or worn. The seamstress was on-site that day, and was able to shorten the dress overnight. The next evening, I picked up my dress, in what I can only call an absolute miracle.
The ladies at Veka Bridal were incredibly caring, calm, and compassionate, understanding the stress I was experiencing. Their dedication to helping me find the perfect dress was really heartwarming. Ksenia and her team went above and beyond to ensure I found a dress, and had the final dress in time for my wedding. I truly cannot thank them enough, and will never forget them. They are such an important part of my wedding story. It is not easy to be so calm when there is a very nervous bride-to-be in such a dire situation, but I felt so safe and taken care of in their presence.
My dress ended up being an absolute hit at my wedding, and after my wedding, my husband and I stopped by the store to say thank you in person. They were so happy to see us and hear about the success with the dress! It was really such a special moment to share with them. I will be forever grateful to Veka Bridal for their exceptional service and for turning a potentially disastrous situation into a magical one.

I was blown away by the experience here! I went to 4 other bridal salons and none of them compare to the individualized attention and advice I received here. I am petite and was struggling to find dresses that didn’t swallow me. Veka has an amazing selection of unique dresses by smaller designers that were perfect for my frame. They let me come back multiple times to see my dress and try it on with accessories and see the whole look come together. The alterations were very timely and they have a great eye for what adjustments to make to help me feel most comfortable and beautiful in the dress. I can’t recommend Veka enough especially for brides looking for dress styles that are equally timeless and unique!

I can’t say enough good things about this phenomenal bridal shop! We drove all the way from Western Massachusetts to Brooklyn because I knew they offered something truly special, and they did not disappoint. The entire experience was incredibly bespoke and personal. From the moment I walked in, they took such great care to ensure I found the perfect dress that made me feel absolutely amazing. The staff's attention to detail was impeccable, making sure the fit was flawless and that every step of the process was smooth and stress-free. It was worth every mile, and I couldn’t imagine a better place to find my dream dress!

I had a lovely experience at Veka Bridal! The shop is intimate and classy, with a calm and welcoming atmosphere that wasn’t overwhelming at all. The staff was knowledgeable and understood my style within minutes of arriving. They fit me in high quality dresses that matched exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend Veka to any low key bride.

I am SO glad I found VEKA. I went to 6 other bridal stores in NYC and they were by far the most helpful, friendly, and supportive. Ksenia and Jana were amazing to work with - they each are so sweet and warm and gave honest opinions and created a custom gown (combining the skirt from one dress with the top from a jumpsuit) and custom cape that exceeded all my expectations. This is a lovely little shop with unique dresses and pantsuits that are well crafted, priced and curated. Jana was so helpful in shepherding me through the process of figuring out which style would fit me and my wedding venue.

My experience at VEKA Bridal was outstanding. There was a beautiful variety of dresses and designers, but the selection was not overwhelming. The dresses are unique and made with such care and quality. The staff were incredibly helpful both in the selecting process and every step leading up to the event and afterwards. I felt very seen and supported throughout the process. I loved my dress, and I am so happy for the experience.

Even though I ended up not purchasing a dress from VEKA Bridal, I just wanted to say thank you to Ksenia for the most wonderful experience I had. She was truly caring about my wedding look and suggested all kinds of fun accessories. She is also extremely tactful, and it is a pleasure to be around her. The dress from VEKA was my runner-up, but I just thought it would be a bit too hot for my wedding. Otherwise, they do have amazing dresses and within a reasonable price range.

I did not end up purchasing my dress here, but had a wonderful experience with one of the Owners of the shop. They have been in business 22 years - this was a much better and much more informed appointment than the bigger bridal shops. The appointment felt intimate and calm and the Owner really understood what I wanted and what was most flattering on me. I would absolutely recommend this to brides. Overall it was one of the best experiences I had shopping for a dress.
