Very bad experience! I banked with them for a year when I needed to take care of something they always seemed lazy and rolled their eyes to all customers they would argue who should do the work. It made me feel super uncomfortable. The reason I left for good was they locked me out of the app and I called in they told me go to the bank and the teller said I should call in. I thought it was a big waste of time and told them if they don't help me resolve this just give me a check so I can go open a new account elsewhere and that's what I did they didn't even care.

Worse bank experience, came to the cashier (young guy 5/11/20 afternoon) he was telling me that I cannot take out more than 2k dollars of my own account as that is the policy while I needed 5k. Told me that I can go to Valley bank Avenue-U branch to withdraw more than that. I just took 2k from there and went to the other branch. First of all they needed an appointment, while I was there at drive through and asked for appointment, they said not possible today while still had half an hour for closing. Second, shockingly told me that the cashier lied to you that we give more than 2k, I did ask him(beard young guy) again that you are saying he lied, and he said yes he lied to you and I cant help you either and wont be able to give 2k even and you have to make an appointment for tomorrow. Even though admitted that I was told a lie still no courtesy, no apologies and no appointment or money given.

if u like dealing with people that have a semblance of intelligence find a different bank. they repeatedly give me wrong information causing me all sorts of fees. As a whole al the people there are a bunch of dopes
